My Mum was a resident here at Elizabeth lodge this nursing home was an remains an excellent care home with exceptional staff who I will always be grateful for an hold fondly in my heart. From the lovely Manager to the outstanding care my mum received by all members of staff. For Janice, Martin activities staff incredible. If anyone is thinking of placing a love one here rest assured you will be happy.

Elizabeth Lodge is a place of celebration, joy, and meaningful connection. As the Lifestyle Lead at E.L. Janice is the heartbeat of the home. She possesses a "magical" quality, combining boundless energy with a deep, personal loyalty to the residents and an ability to see the person behind the diagnosis. Structured, person-centered activities are essential to the Resident's quality of life and together with dedicated input from the Management Team, knowledgeable Nurses and kind Carers alike, I have witnessed residents blossom and thrive after a short time at Elizabeth Lodge. Activities are meticulously facilitated to honor a resident's specific passion. The Management Team ensures that "nothing is off the table" for her residents. Dreams literally do come true here! The Lifestyle Lead and all the teams in unison have a unique ability to find the light in every resident and make it shine. So grateful to everyone at Elizabeth Lodge for the ongoing care and support. Outstanding!

My father was at Elizabeth Lodge for four months last year until he passed away. The staff were amazingly patient with him and he was not easy! They also treated me so well and I still visit weekly to visit the residents I got to know and the wonderful staff

My mum has been a resident at this care facility for just over a year now. And I honestly have.been.so impressed with every part of it. From the individual care staff, the facilities, the inclusive .activities that are fun and inviting. I was.really dubious.about my mum coming into a residentail care facility, as Ive heard so many horror stories. But.Elizabeth Lodge is exemplarily. Nothing.is ever a bother to the staff. And the staff care about my mum and her wellbeing and happiness first.and foremost. I do have my favourite although Im not suppost to. But Janyce, is so bubbly, so happy and such a joy to have. My mum just loves her. But overall my experience at Elizabeth Lodge has been a positive, caring, respectful and welcoming year. I would highly recommend to anyone who is a.bit.anxious.about placing a loved one into.a.residential care facility,.as.mine and my mums experience has.been.amazing

Due to my father's deterioration, unfortunately I could not care for him at home anymore. My only option was to place him in a nursing home for 24hr Care. It was the hardest decision I ever had to make. I will be honest I wasn't comfortable with the idea. I visited dad every day and still do since his admission on the 14th of July. Looking back I ask myself why I put myself through so much stress. I couldn't be happier. I cannot fault the staff in anyway. They are all lovely, very caring show empathy and have a great understanding for individual needs. Management approachable and very supportive.

The staff are very lovely and helpful with looking after my mum. It's not easy seeing your loved ones in a care home but it helps to know that they are in good hands. My mother doesn't take part in lots of activities but it's nice that they do things for everybody often.

My husband was cared for at Elizabeth Lodge for the 8 months before he died. The staff were amazing, kind skilled compassionate and suppored him with dignity and friendship. They also supported me during a very challenging time. They are incredible from the nurses and care support staff to claning, maintenence, catering and wonderful activity leads. What a team.

There is no restriction on when guests may visit or the number of visits. Everyone is always friendly and you feel welcome and a valued part of the community.

Elizabeth Lodge care home goes out of their way to accommodate every resident according to their needs. They organised a Greek Easter dinner for all their Greek residents to in the lovely dining area. The home had put in a lot of effort to organise a sit down meal for the residents and their families. There was Greek music, wine and Greek deserts. The staff were friendly and accommodating and Jan, the entertainer snd events organiser has organised everything perfectly. My mother and I enjoyed the meal. I thank the home for giving my mother and I the opportunity to celebrate Easter together as mum was unable to go home for the celebration. Thank you!

It's so lovely as well to be given the opportunity to sit with your loved one for a meal, where it gives the relatives a chance to meet other relatives which provides a great atmosphere - thank you it means a lot.

We are so grateful to everyone for the difference they've made in Mum's life.

Mum has been here for 8 months and has received excellent care and attention. The staff are very kind and caring and look after her very well. The home is well run and visitors are made to feel welcome. They are also very approachable.

A wonderful place with great and caring staff. Have needed the facilities of Elizabeth Lodge since April 24 and they have provided professional care 24 hours a day. The staff remain attentive to all residents throughout the day.

The staff at Elizabeth Lodge are very caring and kind. We are so grateful that our mum is well cared for and also has stimulation and fun too. Putting a loved one into a home is one of the hardest decisions to make, we were unable to keep our mum at home as her Alzheimer's was advanced. She is settled at Elizabeth Lodge and it gives us great peace of mind to know she is safe and happy there.

Was at the Hawaii BQ yesterday with my mum who is a resident. From start to finish all the staff played a big part in making the day remarkable joyful, loving, caring and fun. Has been a brilliant day, well done once again to all staff, thank you for making it a day to remember.

Comfortable sleeping and sitting areas. Very well looked after gardens. Always some sort of activity going on including outings away from the home. Very clean and tidy. Rooms you can take your relative and have tea and cake with enough room for three or four people to visit at the same time. Quick and plenty of information about your relative at all times.
