Everyone is extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble, however many questions you ask.

I think it is a very good home but there are not enough carers and nurses to cope with the number of residents.

I am extremely happy that my aunt is in Greenhills as the carers and management who work there are excellent.
The nursing care she receives is very efficient and kind.
The severe stroke my aunt suffered robbed her of her speech, she has to be hoisted in and out of bed and the left side of her body (she was left-handed) has left her paralysed.
But with the carers' help, she has started to feed herself using her right hand.

Unfortunately, they are very short of nurses and carers.

Before my Aunt was assessed for Greenhill, Bromley, we inspected approximately 12 care homes.
This was by far the best.
Occasionally you have smells, but to be expected because there are residents with many needs.
The carers and management are excellent.
In my opinion though, not enough carers for the number of residents in the home.

They do employ agency staff but why not pay more to the employed staff? And recruit more?

I am very pleased with the home.
Unfortunately, there are not enough carers for the residents and when my aunt gets hoisted in and out of bed she likes to have familiar faces as she cannot speak or move.

Overall the carers and management cope very well.

Overall Experience
My father has been a resident at Greenhill for 18 months now and we as a family feel lucky we found Greenhill.
The staff are excellent and very approachable. The care given to my father is outstanding. The only negative is the amount of agency staff especially at weekends who lack the knowledge about individual patients and their needs.

Overall an excellent facility and very well run.

Overall Experience
Our mum has been in Greenhill since November 2016. She has chronic arthritis throughout the whole of her body. So has very little movement and is in a lit of pain when moved.

She is also in the advanced stages of dementia, therefore, she requires a high level of care. Since she has been at Greenhill, she has received wonderful care from the nurses and care staff on floor 3 and the family are very happy with the care that she receives.

Since my mother-in-law entered Greenhill from hospital where she has been for four months, the change in her is astounding.
She's back to her lively, happy self and being happy and content has made her cognitive skills better.

The care and help given to her is next to none and she joins in most of the home's activities with gusto again. This place has knocked 10 years off of her.
