an agreed hourly charge for this service.

I visit daily because I live nearby. My wife has been a resident for nearly three years. The staff are kind, respectful and hard working. There is always a happy atmosphere in the place, which says a lot about the management. Good food and good facilities. I see this every day. Thank you!

1) Chaotic staff. Management, reminiscent of a TV comedy e.g. residents at the table waiting to be served lunch were treated to a stand-up row between the manager, deputy manager, and nurse about a new resident's condition! Very unprofessional, but typical!
2) Food menu is unbalanced. Had to ask the
chef for fruit and a full breakfast and for something other than cake for pudding.
3) My requests to speak to a nurse, when I was unwell, were not taken seriously and over-the-counter medicine was refused.

If I could I would give Greville House an outstanding. Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Mum has thrived here. The manager is kind and always ready to listen to any concerns or suggestions. In June, the staff arranged a garden party to celebrate the Queen's Platinum
Jubilee, they worked hard to ensure everyone had a lovely afternoon. It has been pleasant to sit outside, in the well-kept garden during the summer months. The choice of menu is excellent.

My husband had a fortnight of respite care in this excellent nursing home. He needs a lot of care and this was provided by competent and friendly staff. They and the home administrator inspired me with confidence to leave him in safe hands while I had a much-needed rest and holiday. I shall certainly

My 93 year old dad has recently moved into Greville House in Richmond after a fall at home & a spell in hospital. He lived independently with no support so we were unsure how he would transition to care. However dad has settled in really well & is very happy with the care he is receiving - he has nothing
but good things to say about the staff & the food. We are very grateful to all the staff who have supported him in his transition & who have helped us to feel comfortable returning to Australia, knowing he is happy, well fed & well looked after.

My husband was admitted to Greville House in August 2021, but Covid restrictions have been handled efficiently and with flexibility within the law. All staff are friendly and helpful, however, it seems to me that there is a problem at times with staff shortages.

I have been a resident of the care home since May 2021. Whilst being here I have found the residence very comfortable and food very good, all the staff are very helpful and try very hard to understand the needs of all their residents. After 5 months in hospital, I came here very down. That changed when I met the staff who could see that and came in and talked up my spirits. Also, all the carers were nice, friendly and kind. I would like also to thank the cleaners who were all cheerful and good at their job. Also, my good friend,
the maintenance man, who set up my TV and bed. Of course, this was all down to a brilliant manager and sister. I will miss you all.
