Overall Experience

The standard of care my father receives at Hampton Care Home is exemplary. Carers clearly have a passion for their work and treat residents with the greatest regard for their comfort and dignity. My father relates to them more as friends than carers. Mealtimes are fun get-togethers and standards of cleanliness are of the very highest. Leaving a loved one at Hampton is as reassuring as you could wish - truly first rate.

Overall Experience
My Aunt spent the last two weeks of her life at Hampton Care home.
She was treated with kindness and dignity. The staff went out of their way to spend time with her and meet all her needs although you could see they were always so busy.
The staff were so caring towards my sister and myself when visiting and after she died.

Thank you so much for the wonderful job they do.

Overall Experience

After acting as my grandmothers carer for over three years I was nervous about delegating the responsibility to anyone else. I initially viewed several nursing homes but Hampton Care was the only one that I believed was right for Nan. In hindsight it's clear I made the right choice. I visit most days (rarely at the same time) and the standards of care I witness in the dementia unit are consistently excellent. Nan is always clean and well presented and the staff never fail to treat her with dignity and respect. Most importantly Nan herself is happy here, making friends among both the staff and fellow residents and enjoying the regular entertainment (particularly the live music). I cannot recommend Hampton Care highly enough.
