My son arrived at Havering Court Care Home in May 2016. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. He is always clean and tidy and he is very well looked after. There are various activities he attends and has regular physio sessions. The food is of a high standard and very well presented. The rooms are clean with fresh bedding every day.

Overall Experience
Yes after looking at least 6 different homes I selected Havering Court Care Home. I was quite impressed with the location and the management and the manager at that time. It is still good but there are certain draw backs which can be ironed out. Staff are very friendly and they provide a good service. I wish the GP services could be more approachable and must pay attention to the cleanliness.
Garden could be made more attractive and beautiful so that patients can enjoy it in the summer.

Thanks for asking my opinion.
