The staff here are excellent in so many ways. My mum is well cared for and is happy and content. They make her smile and she returns the favour. I am not concerned in any way, as since she came to Lansdowne she has been much brighter and well looked after. My worries have been lifted, I could not have asked for a better supportive environment for her. Thank you all.

Wonderful care home. Feels like family home, other than any professional/service provided. When I get old I wish I get a care home like Lansdowne Care Home because each employee feels like own family member. More than blood related / biological relatives. Clean and neat. Activitities makes residents feel active.

After arriving at Lansdowne one year ago, my aunt (who suffers from dementia) was withdrawn, scared, difficult to handle and had no appetite. She is now content and enjoying the activities and food. She recently celebrated her 100th birthday which was a wonderful occasion. She is so lucky to be at this wonderful care home where all the staff look after her so beautifully.

We have visited my aunt several times since she entered this care home. We have been impressed with the care and compassion shown by the staff towards her. When she recently celebrated her 104th birthday, staff went out of their way to make this as memorable and comfortable as possible for her and our wider family. Thank you all so much for everything you do for her.
