I'm very happy with this care home, that everything really and indeed is excellent.
The care home is very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, my niece is very happy.
Thank you, F Y, for sharing your recent experience of our home. We are pleased that it has been such a positive experience for your niece. Have a fantastic day.
Visited my mother-in-law today, we were pleased to see her up and sitting in the day room with others. We moved to the family room where my mother-in-law was very happy chatting to us and we read a magazine together. We are amazed at her improvement since moving to Lansdowne Care Home - she is doing so well.
I am pleased to say that the staff, the home and everyone who is connected to it are the kindest, friendliest and most caring people that I have ever met. My husband is being looked after by wonderful carers, and I could not wish him to be in a better place. I cannot fault them at all, and we are so grateful that he is in the Lansdowne Care Home - also, they have become part of our family now and have my husband is happy, so we are happy too.
Everything is fine, my mum is doing very well, we are very pleased with the service the home provides.
Excellent. Fantastic. The girls are like a second family to us. I can't speak highly enough, so caring he could not be in a better place. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Nice place, friendly staff. My grandad looks very happy.
The place is really nice and clean, along with proper activities. I found my dad very happy. All the ladies working here are lovely and very helpful. Even if my dad cannot speak English, it does not seem to be a problem here as they have really good communication skills. I am glad that my dad is a resident here.
My mother is very happy here. She is treated with kindness and dignity.
My mother was admitted to Lansdowne Care Home on 9th December 2022 with severe dementia and agitation. Although she was initially quite challenging, all the wonderful carers and nurses looked after her so beautifully and treated her with great dignity and respect. She became very content and settled thanks to the amazing care she was given. Lansdowne is full of compassionate care givers and all my family are very grateful.
More than happy with Lansdowne Care Home. My father is treated with dignity and care and is always clean and well looked after. The nurses/carers are always happy and always helpful. No matter what the time of the day. Highly recommended 10/10.
Food, activities and care are excellent.
I only have good things to say about Lansdowne.
Thank you for all your hard work.
When we arrived my dad had an activity, the staff were so welcoming and let us join them. They did really work hard to try to make my dad get involved with them even if he doesn't want to. I like lunchtime for my dad who was so tidy and the food was yummy and fresh, everything is perfect. All of the staff are working really hard.
I really enjoyed today being a part of the of elderly people as my dad was happy. I see everything is good and especially lunchtime.
My brother is very happy in Lansdowne.
Everyone at Lansdowne Has given outstanding care and support to my uncle. Only today, he said to me how lucky he feels to be here. He has such confidence in the home and staff, and it's a real tribute to everyone that he feels so safe and happy here. We could not be happier with Lansdowne - a real home-from-home. Thank you to the Lansdowne family!
Very caring staff who are extremely kind and patient. Lansdowne staff work hard to engage residents in activities and are very kind to dementia residents.
Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Always very happy staff.
Today I visited my cousin and I was able to sit next to my cousin while they were all doing some wonderful Christmas activities. My cousin and all the residents had great fun doing the activity. They listed to Christman music and the atmosphere was fun and joyful. I am extremely happy to see that my cousin is so well and cared for. The care home is a wonderful place.
During all visits, my grandmother appears very happy with her experience at the home. The staff treat her with respect and warmth and I've observed positive interactions between staff and her. The room is always clean and the home appears clean as well. Staff are very helpful when we ask for something during our visits. Staff are very helpful when we have rung - something other family members have agreed with. Thanks to all the staff.
