My dad is very happy at the care centre and really happy with the staff as they are friendly and always care for my dad's needs. Also, the centre is always clean and does a covid test on arrival which keeps everyone safe. A great service.
One particular staff member went above and beyond to fix the remote in my brother's room. Very impressed.
All the staff are pleasant to deal with.

My mother settled in very easily. The staff are welcoming, kind and professional. She has an assigned carer who looks after mum very well. There is an excellent activity program involving lots of music and movement. The staff picked up that my mother had a urine infection very quickly and was treated promptly. The relationship with the General Practice is excellent.

The staff are very patient and friendly. They look after my grandad very well and are happy to put up with his jokes! My grandad seems very settled here and it makes us feel comfortable knowing he is safe and well. The facilities are very lovely and includes a garden with flowers.

I visit my friend and her friends. The staff are very friendly and kind. My friend is in a good mood most of the time and gets on really well with everyone.
I visited my aunt today. She seemed comfortable if confused. I wonder if the TV could be moved in front of her to see as it might stimulate her more.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your views. All of the staff are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and if there is ever anything we can do to improve your aunt's experience please do let us know as we would welcome an opportunity to discuss this further with you. My mother was in the home for nearly seven years. From the moment she moved in she settled very well and really enjoyed being there. The care she received from the staff was excellent. She always enjoyed the food and was a very good eater. The activities and the garden were very much improved in 20/21. Well done.
Very pleased with the care home. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Helpful, caring staff, always accomodating.
Brilliant care home. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and friendly.
The care given in the home is outstanding. They have had a very challenging year and have done their absolute best to give exemplary care to my mum. She has had a few ups and downs because of her issues, and they have done so much to keep us all informed and in touch when it was no contact. I would recommend this care home as it has most diffinatley impressed me the last two years. I appreciate their efforts.
My feeling at being in this care home is as of I am not in a care home, but with extended family at home. To be honest enough, I feel that my near ones and dear ones would not have given me the love and the care which of course management and staff is giving me.
Always helpful and friendly staff.
The staff of the care home are really wonderful and caring. They are very helpful with their kind advice and the care they are providing is excellent.
