Lodore Nursing Home

My father was looked after very well by the kind staff, who took a great interest in him, and administered medications according to the schedule. It was just before Xmas and he enjoyed very much the xmas decorations and festive activities. Thank you so much for making his stay so comfortable for him!

My mum has now been a resident at Lodore for 6 months. In this time, she has been very well looked after. The staff here are all hard working,caring and attentive. My mum enjoys the lovely food and the activities. I feel very reassured my mum is being looked after with care and dignity,

My experience of having a relative in Lodore Nursing Home is that he receives excellent nursing and carers care, there is a homely feel to the home and nothing is too much trouble for the staf, having had a not so good care from a care home when my mum was in a different one, different area, etc, I have been totally reassured, and have every faith in Lodore in caring for my relative.

I'm extremely grateful for the way they showed and gave my husband Sean the care and dignity and the support they had given me and my family. I will recommend them and they will always have a special place in our hearts.

My dad was here for about 6 weeks and my family got lucky wtih the care and support my dad received. My mum was here every day and she was looked after as much as my dad and spoke very highly of all the staff here. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and we cannot thank them enough.

I am very happy with the care given to my sister in Lodore Nursing Home. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. My sister is bed bound now, and she is well cared for and she is very contented with her care.

The owners are making updates which are very welcome. So pleased my wife came to stay here. It is the people who work here that make it so wonderful.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Place is always kept clean good meals provided. My mum seems happy here.

The nurses always made themselves available to discuss any concerns that I had about her health and medication. Shortly before the end, the staff went out of their way to enable her to enjoy her 90th birthday. It was a wonderful last highlight. I am extremely grateful to them.

My sister in law was looked after Lodore Nursing Home. All the staff & Management were very friendly & helpful. They all looked after her really well and we are so very grateful for all their hardwork. All the staff always had a smile on their face and I know she liked them all. After the transfer of my husband to the nursing home was very smooth and understanding o fhis current situation. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout all the time he was here. Any problems that occured was dealt with quickly and effectly. The assistant manager was always there is help and guide him if there was any problems . All the staff are always helpful

Lodore Nursing Home looked after my father during his final days. They were extremely caring for him and we was treated with dignity and respect. The staff are all friendly and very approachable.

The manager kindly sent us videos and photo updates which showed how happy he was. That was reassuring and much appreciated.
