I don't have any concerns which could cause me to worry.

The resident has dementia and my worry is always that she cannot express her wishes but I haven't had a reason to worry as she is well looked after.

My uncle has been a resident in Manor Court Care Home for more than 9 months, Staff have been very helpful and caring towards the patient. I would like to say a special thanks to three staff members in particular and the staff member at the reception.

Definitely, there is still room for improvement which hopefully will happen in the near future.

I was satisfied with my father's hygiene. The carers did change his clothes and clean him. I felt the catreworkers needed to be reminded about my father's food (putting the spoonfuls of thickener and using teaspoon to feed him). There could have been better communication (body language when feeding my father as he did not want to finish all the drink). The nurses and management did an excellent job, very understanding and clear communication.

My dad stayed for two years, and he was a resident with many complex challenges. But over those two years, the entire staff from every aspect of the care home have shown humility, care, dignity and patience. The staff are super-humans, in my opinion. Incredible care comes, and I can't recommend it enough for when the time arrives.

My mother has been a resident of Manor Court for 5 years in all that time we have found the staff to be absolutely wonderful.

They treat Mum as one of their own relatives as one of their own relatives which is very comforting. The only concern is the frequent turnaround of staff leaving.

My sister has been a resident in Manor Court Care Home for more than five years and the love and care she has always received has been wonderful. We are so grateful to every member of staff who cares for us and looks after her as if she were a member of their own family.

Unfortunately, there is quite a "turn around" of staff which is a concern.

On the 29th of June 2023, my mother sadly passed away having spent just over a year at Manor Court Care Home. Throughout this period I was very happy with the due care and attention mum received from all the staff and her needs were met with kindness and dignity. Mum could not chew and her food was pureed. The food for other residents was of high quality. Her bedroom was always clean and tidy, although the room was a little dated. The caring staff always welcomed us and I was particularly pleased by the entertainment and social activities for all the residents. I have no regrets that my mum went to the care home. It gave me peace of mind in the knowledge that she was very well cared for and looked her best.

Excellent all-around care home. The only slight fault is that food often arrives cold.
Great staff, friendly, caring and treat you with lots of dignity. A big thank you to all of them including the manager and her assistant who are efficient, focused, patient as well as caring, kind and thoughtful.

Thoroughly recommend.

My personal experience staying with this care home as a resident has been appreciated and I am highly obliged to indicate that all the staff which I have come across in various capacities have been very professional and excellent. Further, I would also like to say I hope they will keep up with their efforts as they are doing now to look perspectively to best to their best ability and that can only be achieved by the excellent staff which is now looking after this Willow House.

My mother has been a resident in the Willow unit at Manor Court Care Home for four years and three months. At first, her care was not up to standard. The communication was not good from the carers, and the knives and forks used to be dirty. This all changed when a new manager was appointed. He made sure that the right people were brought into the home. I am very grateful for this, as it has helped to build my mother's confidence again and can enjoy a meal without having to worry about finding dry food on her knives and forks.
