I joined Barchester Healthcare Ltd in 2013 as the General Manager of Southgate Beaumont and I am responsible for managing the quality of the care, the staff, and the environment. We aspire to be the most respected home in the area. My passion is to ensure that our residents are provided with premium care, respect, dignity and support to enable them to live a healthy and enjoyable life.

Hella, I am Shiela and I am Deputy Manager at Southgate Beaumont. I am also a registered nurse. I am pleased to provide the best possible care from both the management and care side that Barchester offers to all our residents and visitors.

Andrea has been with Southgate Beaumont from 2015. Andrea has 8 years worth of experience as a Clinica Lead Nurse. She manages the Clinical side of things for the whole home. Andrea is caring and she has a fantastic relationship with Residents and Families.

Hello, my name is Prisca and I joined Southgate Beaumont in 2017. Nursing is a profession that I have always wanted to pursue from an early age. Nothing fulfils me more than putting a smile on a resident's face. Being a nurse brings me so much joy. My passion is delivering first-class nursing ensuring everyone receives a high standard of care.

Hello I am Veronica, I am the home administrator here at Southgate Beaumont. I joined Barchester in 2019 as a receptionist and administration assistant. I was delighted to take on the role of Home Administrator in 2023.

I have a degree in business and Human resources management and really enjoy my role.

I love working with the residents and their loved ones and I am very proud to be part of the Southgate Beaumont family.

Hello, my name is Zoe, I have been in the life enrichment team at Southgate Beaumont since December 2021.

I am originally from Liverpool and moved to London in 1997 after being accepted at Mountview Theatre school. After graduating I worked as an actress and accomplished voiceover artist for many years. I also have a vast amount of customer service experience, working in many West End Theatres, as Cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic and at Claridges hotel in Mayfair.

Zoe has a passion for making strong connections with people and creating lasting memorable experiences.

My role here at Southgate Beaumont is to ensure our residents lives are packed full of enriching and interesting activities. We provide a wide range of both home-led and community-led activity for all residents as well as personalised and individual hobby and interest-focused events. Our programme ranges from cocktail making, to art history talks, exercise sessions as well as fine dining dinner parties catered for by our chefs

Hello my name is Daniel and I am Head Chef at Southgate Beaumont

I love being a Chef and my interest in cooking came from helping my mum when I was growing up.

I went to Crawley College to do an NVQ in Catering and Hospitality and took on a work placement in a prestigious hotel in Sussex

After qualifying as a Chef I moved to London in 2001 and worked in various gastro pubs and restaurants within The Conran Group. I also worked at Soho House and cooked for many high-profile celebrities.

I have been working at Southgate Beaumont since August 2019 as Head Chef and love being part of the team. In January 2022 I was invited to attend the Barchester Chef Academy where I am involved in the coaching and support of trainee chefs across the Barchester Group Jan 2022

I really enjoy meeting and getting to know residents. It makes me very happy to see the delight and enjoyment my food brings to people.

Hello, my name is Teresa and I am the Dementia Champion at Southgate Beaumont.

I joined Barchester in 2012.

I have been a nurse for over 15 years now and really enjoy my job.

I am here to help with any worries and offer support to residents or their families, currently living with dementia.

Hello, I am Patricia and have been at Southgate Beaumont since 2016. I joined the team as a housekeeping assistant and now oversee the team as the Head of Housekeeping and manage the daily running of laundry, washing, ironing and labelling of clothing. I work with lovely hard-working colleagues, and love getting to know the residents at Southgate Beaumont. Hello. My name is Guyatri and I have worked at Southgate Beaumont since 1999.

My first role was as a Care Assistant, then later I developed my studies and was promoted to a Senior Carer. I have now completed an NVQ for a Care Practitioner and now work alongside nurses. I love being part of the Southgate Beaumont family and I am very proud to be part of such a great team.
