Overall, this care home is really good with just a few things to improve. Caring and sympathetic staff. Access to management could improve. Probably the best care home in the area (through experience).

Where to start the home have helped me and my dad during mental health crisis. Abhin was a true angel sent down. He has gone above and beyond for my mum and she has settled so well since being put there after a hospital stay. She is clean washed well cared for. The food is amazing the staff are amazing. The chickens and ducks are amazing. The lounge is lovely. The activities are lovely the doors are always open and the staff are so well trained I cannot fault them they are a 5 star and I would give them 500. My mum has dementia and the pain and guilt we had putting her in a home was awful. But I don't feel that anymore Springfield have offered us peace and calm in knowing she is loved and respected by all. Thank you thank you abhin and all the other staff for allowing our minds to rest knowing mum is safe happy and living the best way she can with this horrible condition. We can't change it but we can make the best of it and your home and care and now mums home has allowed this x

Springfield is a totally amazing care home. Truly the best in the Borough. The dedication and care was second to none for my cousin George who was with them until February. So now it's was the natural choice for my father in law who became a new resident on Friday. We are confident that we have made the right decision and apart from the love and care they show every resident , Our family are relieved and can sleep at night knowing my father in law is in safe hands. The home is spotlessly clean , the staff are so caring and attentive , there are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with ensuring they have a good quality of life. The management are so professional and caring they are a real credit to Bond Care. A big shout out to Karen for her friendship not only with my cousin but with me. An amazing woman. She is constantly ensuring all residents are happy. A shout out to for KP. A lovely responsible man who portrays outstanding care. Springfield - best care home ever.

The team at Springfield Care Centre has been absolutely incredible, especially the nurses and carers, who have truly gone above and beyond their duty. Every single staff member has been instrumental in supporting my mother's needs, both physically and emotionally while building a wonderful rapport with her in such a short space of time.
We are forever grateful for their compassion, empathy and unwavering support in handling our circumstances with great sensitivity. Initially, I was skeptical but I've been deeply impressed by the excellent facilities, the genuine sense of community and the incredible effort they put into ensuring the well-being of both residents and visitors.

The entire team works tirelessly, showing dedication, kindness, warmth and professionalism. They truly are like a family, not just to my mother but to all the residents and their loved ones. We will never forget what you have done for us all. Thank you for making such a positive difference in our lives.

The nursing home has treated mum like a piece of property since she was discharged from the hospital without my consent as her lasting power of attorney and next of kin. They have decided to take her off our family GP list and have been doing a care plan without informing my mum or me. The care plan was arranged without my consent to be at Springfield for only four weeks.

My mother came to this care home with only 3 months to live. She is still here more than 9 months later. The decision to bring her to this care home was the best and right thing to do. They truly are Angels, they care for the residents as if they are a family and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. It's never easy to choose a home for your loved ones but this one is one of the very best. Thank you all!

My father has been residing in Springfield for two years, and I can honestly say all the staff are excellent. The cleaning staff make sure all the rooms and corridors are spotless. The laundry team wash and dry the residents' clothes daily, and the kitchen staff provide tasty and fresh food every day. Special thanks have to go to the nurses and carers who provide exceptional care to the residents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

My mother joined Springfield in September 2023 from another care home. Both the management team and the care staff made the transition from the other care home extremely easy. I have been very impressed with the care she is receiving at Springfield. The emphasis being on the word "care". They literally do really care for their residents and treat them like their own family members. Managers and carers constantly have my mother's best interests at heart, and I feel at peace knowing she is being looked after so well.

My stepfather has been staying in the Springfield Care house for more than two years already. I have evidence of significant improvement in his care and stable, calm condition recently. He was really anxious, screaming and being aggressive almost all the time before. The medication and care provided have facilitated him much. The outdoor activities are such a great idea for all the residents.

Karen Faith De PabloJob Title:Registered ManagerJoined: 2021

I joined Bondcare in 2021 as a Unit Manager and subsequently progressed to the role of Deputy Manager, before becoming a Registered Manager at Springfield Care Centre in 2023.

I am a Registered Mental Nurse with extensive experience across both mental health and care home settings, providing a strong clinical foundation to my leadership practice. As a values-driven leader, I am committed to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care, and I am proud to have led the service to achieving a GOOD CQC rating in 2025, reflecting the dedication and professionalism of the staff team.

With a warm, supportive, and structured leadership approach, I am focused on creating a nurturing and well-governed environment in which residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. The opportunity to make a meaningful difference by promoting dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life for those we support remains central to my role.

Rogie Delos SantosJob Title:Deputy ManagerJoined: 2026

I joined Bondcare in early 2026 as Deputy Manager and am a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and leadership experience across hospital and care home settings in the UK and overseas. I support the management team in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to all residents.

My background includes trauma nursing within the NHS, elderly and complex care, and senior nursing roles within care homes. As Deputy Manager, I play an active role in clinical governance, staff development, medication management, and safeguarding, working closely with the wider team to ensure care is delivered with dignity and compassion.

I am passionate about person-centred care and believe in creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued.

Krishna Prasad
Krishna PrasadJob Title:Team LeaderJoined: 2022

I joined the healthcare sector in 2021 and began my career in care in 2022 as a Care Home Advanced Practitioner at Springfield Care Centre, where I have greatly valued being part of the Bondcare family. Since joining, I have progressed through leadership roles to my current position as Team Leader, during which time we successfully achieved a GOOD CQC rating in 2025.

In 2024, I completed the Train the Trainer course, facilitated by the Care Home Support Team. This experience inspired me to become a trainer myself, demonstrating that with patience and guidance, individuals can gain confidence and develop new skills. I am passionate about supporting residents and colleagues alike and take pride in fostering a positive, safe, and supportive environment where high standards of care are maintained.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including holidays, weekends away, and board games—activities that are competitive but always filled with laughter.

Abhin Suresh
Abhin SureshJob Title:Team LeaderJoined: 2021

I joined Bondcare in 2021 and quickly became part of the Springfield Care Centre team, progressing from Care Home Advanced Practitioner to Home Team Leader. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and completed the Aspiring Manager programme in 2025, which strengthened my leadership skills and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued, and colleagues can thrive. I particularly take pride in supporting residents and their families through end-of-life care, helping Springfield Care Centre achieve Gold Standard Framework accreditation.

I believe that even small acts can make a difference, and I am dedicated to ensuring every resident experiences care delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.

One of my favourite quotes is “Everything happens for a reason.” I strongly believe that even one small interaction can change the course of someone’s entire day for the better. This belief is one of the many reasons I chose to work in Health & Social Care from the age of 18, and it continues to inspire me every day.
