Fees listed are without FUNDED NURSING CARE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE NHS
If your admission to the care home is assessed as requiring nursing care, you may be entitled to funding by the NHS. This is called NHS Funded Nursing Care Contribution (FNC) and is a contribution made by the NHS towards supporting the provision of registered nursing care to eligible care home residents. The payment is made directly by the NHS to the care home where the nursing care is being provided, and the Resident does not receive any money directly.
If the responsible CCG has assessed that the Resident is eligible for FNC, any payments received will be deducted from the Total Fees. The Resident will, however, remain liable for the Total Fees if FNC funding is withdrawn or if the CCG defaults on payment.
These prices are only a guideline, please contact Coloma Court to find out the exact price for your requirements.
If you chose a care home based in England, you may be eligible for NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC), which helps cover the cost of nursing. This is worth £254.06 per week and is usually paid directly to the care home.

Before I came to Coloma Court, I previously worked for one of the biggest care providers for 11 years, Healthcare Management trust offers not-for-profit health and social services, giving back to the community whilst ensuring the service provided in their care homes and hospital services is of high quality.
I am dedicated to providing person-centred care for older people whilst ensuring they remain as independent as possible, each one is an individual, who deserves to be treated as such, and with the utmost dignity and respect.
I love to work with staff who are passionate about what they do, and from what I have seen so far everyone is very caring and supportive of the residents and relatives in the home.
Moving forward we have lots of new initiatives taking place such as the work we do with St Christophers Hospice, Local authority activity forum, life histories as well as lots of training for staff to give them motivation and enhance their skills.
I feel very privileged to work at Coloma Court and if you have any questions or queries, please feel free to drop by my office or stop me on the floor, alternatively, you can contact me via email.
I have been on the Coloma Court journey for over 14 years in different roles. The most important thing right now is finding the best candidates for our Home. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
