Everytime I visit my friend's mum, I am shocked at how lovely the staff are! The place is clean and there are always so many activities on for the residents to get involved in. The staff truly care and it shows. I couldn't recommend this Nursing Home more.

We are happy with the care home, it's warm & welcoming. My mum is being looked after with patience, dignity & respect. The staff take time, nothing is to much trouble. Very clean, with comfortable rooms, it feels like a home rather than a care facility.

I can not recommend this care home highly enough. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is treated with dignity, kindness + respect. The staff are friendly, attentive + caring. The home is very clean. A truly wonderful care home.

I'm very grateful granddad is at North Care is at Northcourt Lodge. A caring, friendly team they have the residents at the heart every minute of the day. They help granddad as best as possible to be comfortable, sitting/sleeping while eating/drinking. Always such a lovely tone of voice with him....

We never had reason to experience care homes up until now, when we were forced into making a decision. We have found Northcourt Lodge to be friendly, sensitive and caring. There is a pleasant homely feel and it has fulfilled what we were looking for.

My mother is approaching her 100th birthday and I can honestly say I don't think she would have survived without this home. The care is personal and kind and really I can't think of anything I would change.

This is an excellent care home. My husband was there for several weeks and received the best possible care. The home is clean and nice, the staff are friendly, patient and hard-working. The food is excellent, the lady chef and menus are great. Activities are provided by a wonderful activity manager, a lot of entertainment on a daily basis. This is a family feel to this home. My husband has been moved to another care home (residential one) as he is mobile as the Northcourt Lodge is a nursing home that is more suitable for people with restricted mobility. I am very grateful to this care home.

The care and attention they give every resident is heart-warming to see, and you know your loved ones/friends are being well cared for, plus you know when you leave your loved ones they are being cared for, which takes away the worry when you are away from them. The staff here are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and it's a lovely feeling to have such honesty and transparency rarely found.
