My mother was moved from another nursing home on Dec 9th, 2016. During the time so far at Northcourt Lodge, the staff and management have been faultless and very vigilant, attending to my mother's more specific needs. I can see a difference both in the professionalism and genuine care than from the
last nursing home. I didn't score the activities as my mum is bedbound.

My mother has been in this home for 10 years. The staff at this home has been excellent. My mother has been well cared for and treated with respect at all times, a very friendly atmosphere, there is always something going on to keep their minds active, hair and nails are done every week. They have outings
when it can be arranged with rail buses. I can't speak highly enough and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my mum.

A great home. The staff are always helpful. The home is always clean and resident's clothes are cleaned on a daily basis. There is something going on every day for people to do if they wish to. The care and respect is evident from the moment you are greeted at the front door. My Uncle suddenly had a new lease of life from entering his Care Home, the memory of which we will treasure always. My Uncle was so happy about Northcourt Lodge. He loved his room and took delight at seeing the birds
and squirrels through the window. The Manager and Staff were so caring and respectful. The surroundings are cheerful. It all makes for an uplifting and happy atmosphere. Thank you Everyone.
