I just wanted to say how happy I am living here. The activities are wonderful and always give me something to look forward to. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice, and I really enjoy every meal. The staff are kind, caring, and always treat me with respect, and the management do a fantastic job making this feel like real home. Everyone work so hard to make sure we are happy

Our mum Pam was made to feel well cared for straight away, everyone was kind and caring, the nursing care was superb - her last 6 weeks were so comfortable and dignified.

Just want to thank the Carers for all their help for mum they were so patient & friendly & had real empathy! The manager Maggie who helped us with the process & accommodated mums wishes perfectly! Staff went above and beyond for mum she & I had a lovely relationship with people she met and by all accounts mum made quite an impression there! Nurses thank you for making mum so comfortable & keeping me so informed of all processes towards the end. I totally recommend this Care Home for your loved ones!

The staff go above and beyond, to care for all the residents. The worry and stress has been lifted of my family's shoulders knowing that he is care and loved, we could not ask for anything more. Worried about coming into the home but was delighted. Warm greeting by another resident. Admin lady came to see me with a beautiful warm smile. I am over the moon and delighted to be here. Food is amazing. On day 1, lots of people greeted me. Day 2, I went out on a day trip to feed the birds.

Fantastic. This home is wonderful. They have cared and supported my husband since his spinal operation. With the help of the wonderful staff, my husband is now able to walk with the confidence he needed thank you all so much.

I've been coming to Parkside Care Home to see my mum every other day. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, always happy to assist or answer any questions. Although my mum is not able to comment, I'm sure if she could, she would be happy.

The care that my dad has received as been out of this world. Thinking back to when he came to the care home we really thought we would not have much time, but thanks to all the staff that have been there for my dad he as picked up. Knowing that he is still every ill there could not be a better place and would not change where he is. So thank you to all the staff again for looking after my dad.

We celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary in July and the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate it in the lounge, which was suitably decorated and a celebration tea provided.

All the staff are very helpful at all times. Staff appear happy to help all residents at all times. The care home looks well looked after and there are nice activities and events for the residents and relatives.

We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. We knew our Mum would be happy and well looked after. From reception to all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. We have noticed a difference in her, she seems very relaxed and happy.

The garden at this time of year should be ready for residents to use and again it is not. There’s no thought into having different sections to meet residents' needs such as an area of highly perfumed plants for those who can’t see. Raised beds for those who still like to garden a little.

My husband had 2 weeks of respite care at Parkside. He was well cared for and treated with respect which meant I could have a break without worrying about him. The home manager was very helpful and all the staff welcoming and caring. Would definitely recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a care home.
