An excellent facility.

Always warmly welcomed when visiting relative. Sometimes not always possible to speak to at the time of visiting to a registered nurse about the health and wellbeing of my aunt, but generally, they always call back. They inform us if she is unwell and if an incident has occurred. We believe the care is of high quality, compassionate, involving the individual, and highly respect their dignity and family input. We highly commend Lynwood and the Dove dementia unit.

My wife has been very well looked after and her family has not needed to worry about her, especially during the recent lockdown when we were unable to visit.

My father has been a resident at Lynwood since March 2018. The care he receives is exceptional, from a very professional consistent team. He is treated with dignity and respect. He has dementia but it is evident that he is fond of his carers with whom he has developed an excellent rapport. We couldn't have found a better home for him.

Excellent care and service. Very helpful in every respect regarding settling the resident into the home, getting to know them and giving appropriate care.

I have found the staff at Lynwood who care for my cousin to be very patient and very caring and often go above their duty to keep her happy and content. I have been impressed by the way they always keep me informed of any problems and are always very welcoming when I visit.

You are all doing a fantastic job and I would like to say thank you to everyone.

One nurse, in particular, has been very helpful in connection with identifying the needs of my father and his Parkinsons, leading to my father being made more comfortable and having a better quality of life with new medication. My father always looks impeccably clean, well dressed/presented, and content - very well looked after by smiling and cheerful staff, which is so good to see.

My late father received exceptional quality of care whilst at Lynwood (Robin House). The staff and management showed kindness, dignity, respect and compassion towards my father throughout his stay. This provided our family with peace of mind and my father with security and a safe and pleasant environment. We will be forever grateful for the care provided by this wonderful team of professional and caring individuals.

Staff are kind and patient. They give care in ensuring dignity of residents. Facilities are very good with high standard of cleanliness.

My father is being cared for in the Kingfisher Unit in Lynwood Care Centre and the care he receives is excellent. All of the Kingfisher Unit staff team are caring and compassionate and they are polite and professional. I would highly recommend The Kingfisher Unit in Lynwood Care Centre.

Outstanding care from the nurses and carers. A very good atmosphere, visitors are made to feel at home. Rooms are spacious and good for visitors with comfortable chairs. The communal areas are bright and everywhere is very clean. For a very sad time in life, it is the best it can possibly be.

I can only thank everyone involved with their constant care and help with the settling in of my mother in the recent weeks. They have all helped in what has been a very difficult and upsetting time for my sister and myself.

My mother was a resident since 2003. Through various levels of care she has always received excellent care with affection and kindness.

I simply cannot fault the care provided to my mother for her time at Lynwood. The support, patience, space and time they gave her showed that they understood her needs. It was evident that they saw her as an individual and not simply as a resident. We know that she felt safe, happy and respected and loved the view from her room.

Excellent. I could not have been happier. I could not have made a better choice. I will return again when needed.

Dad lived and died with dignity, safety and love. The staff collaborated with Dad, the family and the GP to enable him to stay with them and have the freedom to make his own choices.

Since my relative arrived, I feel very satisfied with her care and cleanliness. I have found the staff very supportive to us both.

This is in regard of Kingfisher Ward. I cannot praise the staff enough for their constant hard work and care. They made me totally comfortable and updated in all the care given to my Mum. The time I spent at my Mums bedside highlighted how hard working and caring all the team were. At all times my Mother was treated with kindness, dignity and respect.
