Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

My mother has been a resident on the nursing floor for six years and the care is always very good. The current staff appear happy and always caring towards my mum. Nowhere is perfect, there is always room for improvement, but overall, Mum and the family are very happy. Things have improved since the
new manager arrived last year.

My mother is very happy at Queen's Court, and in her own words she says "they love me here". On her 100th/101st birthday, they put on parties with presents, balloons, music and a personalised cake. It was very much appreciated by our family. Activities are great fun with quizzes to stimulate the mind,
arts and crafts for dexterity and raffles and sales in the foyer. My mum especially loves the live music. Good food is also important and really looks forward to mealtimes.
The new manager is warm and caring, visiting the residents on a regular basis and going the extra mile if something is not right. This is the same for a lot of the carers, especially the long-term ones. Continuity of carers is important to my mum, when staff shortages occur, stress is put on the remaining staff, and the expert care usually provided suffers. Agency staff do not provide or meet the high expectations of the group.
From maintenance and laundry, right up to administration and management, the Queen's Court staff make it feel like home for my mum. Thank you.

My experience so far with Queens Court in Windsor, has been excellent. My mum moved in at the beginning of September and they couldn't do more to support her. The pictures online don't do the home justice. It's spotless throughout and every member of staff seems very experienced and an absolute pleasure
to speak with. You can tell they really care. There's a private sealed garden which residents on the ground floor can access whenever they like. The food options are very impressive and there are always options. My mother is a picky eater and if she doesn't want what is being given, they will make her a sandwich of her choice. There is unlimited fruit, juices, chocolate and crisps which residents have access to whenever they want it. To anyone deciding on a home for family, I recommend you base your judgment on physical visits rather than online pictures. You will know which home is the right one based on the "feel" you get when visiting. Do not pick based solely on CQC ratings.

My mother has been a resident of Queen's Court since November 2018. She has advanced dementia and is totally reliant on the staff for everything. The staff have been absolutely fantastic since she moved in and they are all so caring and look after her beautifully. She is extremely happy too, and that
is because of the care she receives. We have been so lucky that she was placed there.

My mother moved into Queen's Court Care Home in January 2020. My mother has been in the final stages of Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia for over three years and is unable to move, talk or do anything for herself.
Those working at Queen's Court have been absolutely amazing. They soon became accustomed
to my mother's needs and their superb attention to detail enabled her to settle in with no stress or change to her routine. Three months after she moved Coronavirus hit the nation and we were unable to visit. Quite a shock as we had been visiting many times a week. The home and carers have coped with the stress of this situation extremely well. Their approach is incredibly professional, all of their workers give the necessary time that my mother needs to ensure she eats and drinks well. I have had regular updates and letters as well as phone calls, video call conversations and video meetings with management of the home. I can not praise them enough!

I have only positive things to say about my 93 year old father’s 6-month stay at Queen’s Court from his admission to his peaceful passing. Indeed, the management agreed to readmit him from a brief stay in hospital so that he could spend his final days with them in dignity and peace. I found them professional
and thorough in all matters. There was a sense of pride in the rebuilt reputation of the establishment. Whenever I entered the building I heard laughter and conversation. There was none of that ‘tumbleweed’ feel you can associate with care homes. I was able to decorate my father’s room with pictures and ornaments and install his television. Even though his mental state was a little confused, he was placed on the nursing floor where the care level, food and hygiene routine were all excellent. His physical frailty, regular tiredness and mental confusion made him a slightly difficult patient at times but he received nothing but considerate and affectionate care in my experience.

Queen's Court has provided a very welcoming environment from our first experience. The residents are extremely well cared for and have plenty of interesting activities.
The catering is excellent and the communal area is very well appointed.

Job Title: Home Manager

I’ve been part of the Care UK family for nearly 16 years now.


Previously I was a Home Manager at another Care UK home where I led the home to achieve an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating from our internal governance team. My career includes working as a registered nurse in my native Poland, and as a paramedic, and I’ve even trained with the Army.


I am passionate about creating an environment that supports the independence of residents with one clear goal in mind: providing the best care. I relish making residents happy and comfortable as well as supporting the team to do their best work. Teamwork is vital in a setting like this.
