other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

They are absolutely wonderful. Dad has really enjoyed a few trips in the minibus - before he couldn't get out of the house!! The entertainment and celebrations include many residents, it gets Dad out of his room. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Once again it is my pleasure to leave a positive review for Queen's Court. I want to give a big thank you to all the carers, management, reception, activities and laundry. My biggest joy is seeing Mum in the photos posted. It reinforced the positive time Mum is having at QC, and cheers me up no end

My mum moved into Queen's Court a year ago and it was the best thing that could have happened to her! Mum was discharged from hospital underweight and undernourished. Queen's Court have built her weight and strength up and given Mum a wonderful new start at happiness and better health. Dementia has
got steadily worse but carers are wonderful with Mum and we can see the improvement in Mum. Queen's Court is a credit to the card world and we couldn't be happier to have Mum living here!

My friend moved to Queens Court in November (age related). My friend has settled very well and the care and support he receives from the whole staff team is lovely to witness firsthand. He enjoys the different activities and joins in all of them. The food is of a high standard and my friend enjoys
the social side of that too. Health issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My friend tells me he is very very happy there and I can confirm this.

My friend moved in to Queens Court in November and I must say I'm very impressed by how all the staff have helped him settle in. He tells me how happy he is and doesn't want to leave ever. The food is really good and activities are great too. He always attends every activity and is also enjoying his

On the first visit to Queens court care home, we knew it was the right place for our mother. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine kindness shown by the staff instantly put us at ease. Now that she's settled in, we can confidently say the level of care she receives is nothing short of outstanding.

staff are truly the heart of this home - friendly, patient, and incredibly caring. They treat each resident with dignity, respect, and a gentle attentiveness that is so heartwarming. It's clear they are not just doing a job, but living a vocation. Their professionalism is matched by a compassionate approach that makes all the difference. The home is immaculate, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a homely feel. There's a strong sense of community, and it's clear that residents' well-being is a top priority.


Knowing that our mother is in such capable and caring hands has brought our family immense peace of mind. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend this care home.

My husband has now been in nursing home for 2 years. It took him a while to settle in but is now happier their than when I bring home for a day trip he always asks to go back. He has deteriorated quite a bit since he first went there but they cope well with his off days. He loves walking and spends
hours walking around the corridors. He loves going out in the garden. He enjoys their food and always finishes his plate sadly he has to be fed, dressed and toileted but they keep his dignity at all times. Would recommend this nursing home.

I received a warm welcome on arrival as usual.
The Manager is very approachable and energetic in her quest to make the residents happy and enhance the surroundings.
My mother is happy and settled and enjoys socialising with her friends and taking part in the wider variety of activities now taking
place.
Visitors are made welcome and are able to enjoy refreshments with their loved ones like a home from home.

Credit where it's due. It must be the hardest decision in anyone's life to see their loved one's or lifelong friends put into care albeit for their well being and safety in old age.
We are absolutely delighted with our friends progress in just over two weeks of being in Queens Court, from where she
was in herself to where she is already is incredible.
Having met some of the kind selfless staff the common denominator is they clearly have one aim and that is to make the patient as happy and comfortable as physically possible catering for each individual's needs.
It is so lovely after a visit knowing our friend is in safe hands receiving the best possible care more so it is lovely to see her eyes smiling once again.
You can't put a price on a loved one's life.

Over the last couple of years I have visited this Care Home at least once a week. I have always found all the staff, whether carers, helpers, cleaners, reception, kitchen or anyone else, to be welcoming, friendly, smiling, helpful and efficient. My friend, who is a resident, says exactly the same and
is very happy there. Also she appreciates the meals which are tasty and varied. Any medical issues have been dealt with quickly with accompanied hospital visits if necessary.

Job Title: Home Manager

I’ve been part of the Care UK family for nearly 16 years now.


Previously I was a Home Manager at another Care UK home where I led the home to achieve an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating from our internal governance team. My career includes working as a registered nurse in my native Poland, and as a paramedic, and I’ve even trained with the Army.


I am passionate about creating an environment that supports the independence of residents with one clear goal in mind: providing the best care. I relish making residents happy and comfortable as well as supporting the team to do their best work. Teamwork is vital in a setting like this.
