This care home has been amazing, clean, fresh, wonderful kind staff, my uncle has been so well looked after, and his wife was able to take a needed carers break. The Deputy Manager is a credit to the organisation, such a good kind man.

Each time I visit with my mom I am convinced that this is the best loving home we could have found for Mom. With being far away it is comforting to know that Mom has a high level of care and is genuinely known and loved. We can leave Mom with peace in our hearts.

Words can't express the deep gratitude we feel towards the wonderful team at Queen's Court. The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. They are not only highly professional and attentive but genuinely kind-hearted individuals who clearly love what they do. They go far beyond the extra mile - whether it's taking the time to chat or ensure that every detail of comfort is met. Knowing that our Mom is in such capable hands gives our family great peace of mind. Thank you for everything you do - our hearts are lighter knowing our Mom is exactly where she needs and was meant to be!

It was my mother's 101st birthday and the home made it so special for my mother. She had a party with an entertainer, beautiful flowers, food and made it really relevant to her. All her favourite songs. The kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff is amazing. They are always so welcoming to all our family and friends.

After the loss of a family member everyone has been so kind and caring to all of us. Everyone is always so happy to see us when we visit. The social activities are amazing, especially the day trips, they make everyone so happy and it's lovely to see all the photos on the newsletter.

My nan has been in this home for a year now and we couldn't wish for anywhere better. The whole staff team and management are absolutely brilliant. Nan takes part in lots of activities daily which she enjoys. Without this home with the care and support my nan receives she wouldn't be here now. Thank you Queen's Court for everything!!

They are absolutely wonderful. Dad has really enjoyed a few trips in the minibus - before he couldn't get out of the house!! The entertainment and celebrations include many residents, it gets Dad out of his room. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Once again it is my pleasure to leave a positive review for Queen's Court. I want to give a big thank you to all the carers, management, reception, activities and laundry. My biggest joy is seeing Mum in the photos posted. It reinforced the positive time Mum is having at QC, and cheers me up no end when I'm having a bad day.

My mum moved into Queen's Court a year ago and it was the best thing that could have happened to her! Mum was discharged from hospital underweight and undernourished. Queen's Court have built her weight and strength up and given Mum a wonderful new start at happiness and better health. Dementia has got steadily worse but carers are wonderful with Mum and we can see the improvement in Mum. Queen's Court is a credit to the card world and we couldn't be happier to have Mum living here!

My friend moved to Queens Court in November (age related). My friend has settled very well and the care and support he receives from the whole staff team is lovely to witness firsthand. He enjoys the different activities and joins in all of them. The food is of a high standard and my friend enjoys the social side of that too. Health issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My friend tells me he is very very happy there and I can confirm this.

My friend moved in to Queens Court in November and I must say I'm very impressed by how all the staff have helped him settle in. He tells me how happy he is and doesn't want to leave ever. The food is really good and activities are great too. He always attends every activity and is also enjoying his day trips out.

Excellent staff team and you can feel the relaxed atmosphere when you visit. 5*
