an agreed hourly charge for this service.

When Dad got dementia, we were determined to look after him at home and dreaded the idea of a care home. However how wrong we were! When we couldn't manage at home anymore, Dad moved into Queen's Court. What an incredible place it is. Not at all what we were expecting. The staff are so kind and the
care they give is exceptional. They care so much that when Dad was nearing the end, they even came in on their days off to make sure he was comfortable and was with familiar people. Not only did they look after dad, they were continually supporting and caring for us! Spending time in Queens was a time we looked forward to, as it's such a warm happy place to be. Our family are forever in your debt.

My mother in law recently celebrated her 100th year at Queen's Court.
The staff and management prepared for her the most wonderful Birthday party. Even though my MIL was a bit unsure if she wanted a party, she ended up having a great day celebrating with friends and family and even the mayor.
But
more importantly it was obvious to all of us there how much the staff care about the residents of Queen's Court.

Queen's Court is an excellent care home. My sister, who is disabled and has dementia, receives the best of care from all the staff. The manager and her team are extremely compassionate, and always put the residents' needs and welfare first. They are approachable, friendly and go out of their way to
sort problems efficiently and very quickly. The manager, her deputy and the rest of her team have created the feel of a loving, warm-hearted and comfortable home for all residents.. It is a joy to visit my sister and meet with staff who care for her. I have no misgivings about Queen's Court. It is well-run, the staff work extremely hard and are polite, courteous and cheerful. Outstanding.

My husband of 29 years, had recently gone into quuens court, with a view to placement becoming permanent. Having looked after him for 14 years, it was a very difficult decision to let his care be taken over for us.
The Manager & ALL STAFF have welcomed us so warmly we both feel like part of the family.
Atmosphere, helpfulness, care, activities, cleanliness & exceptional food just makes this decision the right one for us.

Visited the Care Home on many occasions. Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. The home was airy, clean and fresh and garden beautiful with wonderful blooming flowers. Security entrance making the residents feel safe and secure in their own home.

Very friendly welcome when we first visited my mother in Queens court. A bright and airy feel to it.
Lovely room she was able to bring her own chair and photos to put up. Is enjoying the food!
My mother had been in hospital after a fall and was no longer able to look after herself at home she seems

This care home has been amazing, clean, fresh, wonderful kind staff, my uncle has been so well looked after, and his wife was able to take a needed carers break. The Deputy Manager is a credit to the organisation, such a good kind man.

Each time I visit with my mom I am convinced that this is the best loving home we could have found for Mom. With being far away it is comforting to know that Mom has a high level of care and is genuinely known and loved. We can leave Mom with peace in our hearts.

It was my mother's 101st birthday and the home made it so special for my mother. She had a party with an entertainer, beautiful flowers, food and made it really relevant to her. All her favourite songs. The kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff is amazing. They are always so welcoming to all

After the loss of a family member everyone has been so kind and caring to all of us. Everyone is always so happy to see us when we visit. The social activities are amazing, especially the day trips, they make everyone so happy and it's lovely to see all the photos on the newsletter.

My nan has been in this home for a year now and we couldn't wish for anywhere better. The whole staff team and management are absolutely brilliant. They are absolutely wonderful. Dad has really enjoyed a few trips in the minibus - before he couldn't get out of the house!! The entertainment and celebrations include many residents, it gets Dad out of his room. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Once again it is my pleasure to leave a positive review for Queen's Court. I want to give a big thank you to all the carers, management, reception, activities and laundry. My biggest joy is seeing Mum in the photos posted. It reinforced the positive time Mum is having at QC, and cheers me up no end

My mum moved into Queen's Court a year ago and it was the best thing that could have happened to her! Mum was discharged from hospital underweight and undernourished. Queen's Court have built her weight and strength up and given Mum a wonderful new start at happiness and better health. Dementia has
got steadily worse but carers are wonderful with Mum and we can see the improvement in Mum. Queen's Court is a credit to the card world and we couldn't be happier to have Mum living here!

I’ve been part of the Care UK family for nearly 16 years now.


Previously I was a Home Manager at another Care UK home where I led the home to achieve an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating from our internal governance team. My career includes working as a registered nurse in my native Poland, and as a paramedic, and I’ve even trained with the Army.


I am passionate about creating an environment that supports the independence of residents with one clear goal in mind: providing the best care. I relish making residents happy and comfortable as well as supporting the team to do their best work. Teamwork is vital in a setting like this.
