I have been looked after by the team leader at the home for the last 2 and a half years. She is a very good worker, knows her job and is more than capable of doing anything she turns her hands to. She shows a lot of patience and compassion and understanding of the resident's needs. You have got a very good valued team leader.

The food should be of a much better quality, especially the tenderness of the meat.

I am happy with the care and food, also the company of friends and staff. The girls look after me nicely. I don't know what I would do without them.

Not having experience of other homes, I cannot compare, but it's warm, homely, relaxed, friendly and comfortable. So what more can I ask?

The home is well run, the care staff take the time to speak with residents, and everyone is treated with dignity. When there is a medical issue the resident is seen by an in-house nurse and then the doctor. If hospital treatment is needed then that will follow. The home has initiated local activities with other care homes in the area in order to get best practice. I understand that there are no agency staff employed currently but there may be at weekends.

The caring nature and friendliness of all the staff in this home are unbelievable.
Their concern, respect and welfare of every resident is obviously a major priority.

The home is spotlessly clean and tidy. My charge is more than happy with the quality of food.

It was relaxing and what was needed after a short time in hospital and while my wife and I were on holiday. The attention he was shown was better than a five-star hotel. The restaurant food and service were excellent. The staff and management were fantastic. The care shown to him by all staff was first class.

Staff are very caring. Nothing too much trouble and always done with a smile. We could not have wished for a better location and support for my mother's last years. Specialist help for dementia that was very reassuring and understanding. Would not hesitate in recommending.
