My dad has settled in amazingly well. I have found the staff very friendly when visiting Dad, and they interact with him lovely. My dad appears content, which is a blessing given what he and the family have been through these past six months. I can only describe the manager and her staff as fantastic, nothing is too much for them to do, and they always have time for us. I feel blessed to have chosen this home for my dad. Thank you.

We have nothing but praise for all the staff at Mandeville Grange Nursing Home. Since arriving here in January 2023, my mother has received the best possible care. Prior to coming here, she had a very long stay in the hospital, almost six months, so we were very happy when she was able to move into her 'new home'. Everyone here is so caring and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother is happy and content. All her family live a fair distance away and it gives us all complete peace of mind knowing she's safe and well looked after. We can't thank you all enough.

It's always difficult when a family member can no longer be cared for at home. My father was in a temporary care home which was not very good in mine and my father's opinion. I was delighted when I was able to get him a place at Mandeville Grange Nursing Home. I could not have found him a better nursing home. They treated him with dignity, care and compassion. In my father's words 'It's like being on holiday'.

My two weeks staying at Mandeville Grange Nursing Home have been a delight from start to finish. I cannot praise everyone highly enough, in spite of my hip operation, it has been like a holiday. The garden, the food and the staff are all the loveliest people. The folk who are here long term are very lucky. I am so grateful to every one of you for making my stay perfect.

From the moment I telephoned Manderville Grange and spoke to the registered manager, a weight was lifted off the family's shoulders. So understanding, kind and efficient. The whole team gave my mother the most exceptional care and attention. The home has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is happy and smiling and can't do enough to help. The food was great and the garden, beautiful. Mum had 2 weeks in the home and said it was just like a holiday.

The care team have been so very understanding for some of Dad's time here at Mandeville Grange. I was stuck in Spain, not able to see Dad. I phoned him every day and the team enabled this, for that alone, I am so grateful. Now on my return, they have consoled me when I'm sad, considered requests, and ensured safety at all times. Dad seems less anxious nowadays.

Dad settled into Manderville very quickly and this was due to the care, attention and professionalism of all the staff. He has always felt listened to and his opinions taken notice of. The staff at Manderville have given him a new lease of life and helped him to feel happy and content. As a family, we cannot speak high enough of Mandeville.

I was referred here post-surgery, unexpectedly and to my dismay.
My experience here has been wholly positive, very pleasant and happy.
My first two weeks were spent in isolation because of COVID19. I was impressed by the attention to detail, hygiene and staff attitudes and behaviours.

I am very grateful for my 3 months here.

I find the staff and management extremely considerate, kind and helpful, especially to someone like me who has arthritic disability in one leg worsened by having fractured both hips in recent years. The food is very good and the service very good too. I cannot use a bath because of my disability, but the staff help me considerably to have a shower several times a week and accompany me when I try to do some exercise outdoors.

My friend has been a resident at Mandeville Grange since March 2020. Staff did all they could to settle my friend in despite all the difficulties that Covid presented. It is obviously not easy for a new resident during the pandemic but the staff treated my friend with care, compassion and dignity and enabled her to settle and become content. The home has facilitated visiting and kept the residents safe. I wholeheartedly recommend the home. The manager is a star and so are the staff.

My visit was easy to arrange by telephone. The COVID testing was quickly done and after a 30-minute wait, I was escorted to my friend's room. The carer made me very welcome and I was given tea and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The outlook to a well-kept garden was very pleasant. Overall I was very pleased with the care home and the staff.

Mum is very happy at Mandeville Grange. The staff take care of her with dignity and compassion and they are very attentive to her needs. The staff are professional and well-trained to look after guests with dementia. This home has made improvements over lockdown and it is very well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. This home is friendly and has a very caring and safe environment. The activities are brilliant and enjoyed by many guests.

Thank you Mandeville Grange for looking after our very special mum, it is a relief to know she is in your good hands.

During the COVID pandemic restrictions I have been unable to visit my husband, but I know he has been very well cared for in a loving environment and this has put my mind at rest. The home is like a home from home for him and at the same time, the care home staff and management are extremely professional.

Mum has been a resident at Mandeville Grange for just over two years. She received very good care and support from the staff, many of whom she is extremely fond of. Mum has a lovely room, which is kept clean and tidy. She enjoys the activities that are organised for the residents. There is a real sense of 'fun' from the staff, which is wonderful. I would like to thank Mandeville Grange for dealing with the constraints of Covid so positively. The addition of the visitor's room has been amazing. Most importantly, Mum is happy. Thank you, everyone, at Mandeville Grange.

Because of Coivd, I wasn't able to see anything of the home except for my mum's room, but that seemed clean; she had a TV and the staff are very friendly and caring.
