Because of Coivd, I wasn't able to see anything of the home except for my mum's room, but that seemed clean; she had a TV and the staff are very friendly and caring.

I cannot find fault with this wonderful place. Everyone is kind, helpful and always cheerful. In this current situation, I feel very safe and secure at Mandeville Grange. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. They look after me very well - thank you.

What a lovely home Mandeville Grange is. The staff are loving but very respectful to the residents. Our Auntie could not have been in a more caring environment. The home was immaculately clean and always smelled fresh without the overpowering smell of artificial air fresheners. The manager was always
around and kept in contact with the residents and helped the staff with routine jobs when necessary. Would recommend this home.

The staff are just so lovely, they make you feel so welcome. They all seem to have such a good rapport with Nan and are really caring towards her. I was given an apron and visor for the visit and sanitiser and a screen was put up in front of us so it all felt very safe and managed. Such a lovely visit!

I am very impressed with Mandeville Grange. My sister-in-law is very happy. The staff are wonderful. They will always make time to talk to me. It's a very 'homely' care home. It gives me great peace of mind to know she is being cared for and is safe.

I have found the facilities spotlessly clean, warm and homely. The staff are friendly, kind and very caring. There is a pleasant, friendly, happy atmosphere and it is very professional. Staff are extremely caring, friendly and attentive. Moreover, the staff are mostly permanent, rather than agency, thereby giving the residents more familiarity and reassurance. The home has a real 'family' feeling all of the time.

My mum was looked after with empathy, sensitivity and unobtrusive care. She was not someone that needed constant companionship but the staff at Mandeville Grange were there when she needed them with a smile and gentle words of encouragement. My brother and I know that she was happy and well looked after
in her final weeks. We will be forever grateful that Mandeville Grange has provided us with good memories of Mum.

I knew nothing about this home when my Father got released from hospital and admitted to Mandeville Grange. I was lucky he came here though! The staff were amazing, very friendly and always smiling and very respectful towards all residents. My Father was happy and settled from the moment he arrived
with the welcoming atmosphere of the staff. He, unfortunately, spent less than a week here and everyone ensured he was comfortable at the end. I work elsewhere in care but I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very supportive and resident-focused nursing home. The care is outstanding! Well done and many thanks to all the staff!

My family have been associated with Mandeville Grange for over seven years. They took great care of my brother's mother-in-law until the end of her life and then looked after my father until he passed away in February and up until now, they have cared for my brother. I have no complaints and would recommend

I have found the care provided for Mother to be of the highest standard. The staff are excellent as they show and demonstrate a wonderful caring nature. The home is clean and although it is an older building, it has been modified and is suitable to cater for its residents.
