Hi, my name is Paul and I am one of the nurses here.

As a nurse my focus is on the clinical wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they are supported in all aspects of medical care, but we are also here to support the residents to enjoy life. Each resident is thoroughly assessed to ensure our team can meet their every care need they have before we invite the family to assist us in developing an individualised care plan.

Hi, my name is Villah and I am the Senior Night Nurse.

I have been at Ashlar House since 2016 and I love it here. I am in charge of the wonderful night team, we take care of all the residents during the evenings through to morning. My team is very dedicated and I am proud of the work they do.

Kristina has been at Ashlar House since 2010. She is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the home. Kristina is extremely artistic, and you will see much of her handiwork as you walk around the building.

A firm favourite of the residents here, Kristina always has time for a chat and to help a resident arrange their room just the way they like it.

Head Chef is the best job in the world and Ashlar House is the best care home in the world, so I am able to enjoy every day. As Head Chef I lead the kitchen team to provide delicious and nutritious meals, as well as a tasty array of cakes each day!

I meet with all new residents to find out what they like and dislike, and I also work closely with the care teams to ensure I am supporting the resident's health, diet and nutrition on an individual basis.

At mealtimes you will find me in the dining rooms, chatting with residents and managing the dining experience. I am always interested in feedback and looking to exceed resident expectations. I particularly love supporting the Activities Team with food related activities, especially Pudding Club!

I have years of healthcare experience and I love working with the residents and their families. We give really high-quality care for the residents along with a fun lifestyle designed for everyone to be able to enjoy.

Myself and the other carers support our residents with every aspect of daily life that they require a bit of extra help with. It is a pleasure getting to know residents as well as their friends and families.
