Hello, my name is Anu and I am the Deputy Manager here at Paternoster House.  I am passionate about working with the elderly and I am focused on providing the best possible care for them. It is wonderful to work with such a wonderful team and in a beautiful home that offers our residents fulfilling lives.

Hello, my name is Desi and I’m the home administrator here at Paternoster House. It is a privilege to be able to provide support and advice to all our wonderful residents, their families and loved ones on the journey into care and throughout their stay within our home. I live local to Waltham Abbey, and in my spare time love to explore its historical buildings and beautiful surrounding countryside.

Hello, my name is Roy and I've had the pleasure of working here for over 25 years. As Head of Maintenance, I get to work with and support all departments. My main enjoyment comes from helping our wonderful residents, whether that be assisting them with the latest technology or simply putting up a new picture in their room, it gives me time to get to know them better. I love to garden and work with the activities team and our residents on the raised beds and have been known to do a spot of flower arranging!

Hello, my name is Lynn and I'm the head of housekeeping here at Paternoster House. My role is to lead the team of housekeepers and laundry staff to ensure the home is kept clean to the highest of Barchester standards, and all resident clothing is cleaned to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Hello, my name is Loraine, and I am part of the administration team here at Paternoster House, working at reception. I started working here in 2020, and I greatly enjoy welcoming visitors into the home. It will usually be me answering the phone or opening the door. I love meeting and chatting with residents and their families.
