My brother was in a care home prior to going to Paternoster. What a difference, as soon as we walked in, we felt very welcome. The staff from management to the domestic staff were so polite and friendly we never felt we were in the way. The home has a high standard of cleanliness and is always tidy. It took a few weeks for him to settle the staff helped him through this period. The menu has a good selection of food for every meal. Lots of different entertainment where everybody can join in.

The communication from the team including the General Manager was outstanding. We were always kept informed, reassured and involved, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Their warmth, patience and dedication gave us great comfort, and we are deeply grateful for the support they provided to our father and to us as a family

My mother in law has been with Paternoster since Dec' 25. Staff are fabulous! She has put on weight since being here and is very well looked after. Atmosphere is vibrant, friendly and homely. Great place for your family if the need arises.

In the nearly five years my husband has been at Paternoster, we have had an overall really positive experience across all aspects of the care home, from staff to the facilities. Over the past 8-9 months, as my husband's health and care needs have changed, the staff, from management to nursing, caring, cleaning, administrative support and maintanance personnel, have all been patient, kind, approachable and supportive throughout. They go above and beyond, ensuring that residents and their friends and families are looked after and catered for to a very high standard. This is what allows both the service users and their loved ones to feel safe and relaxed in the knowledge that they are in the right place to continue living the best life available to them in their time of need.

The lounges both lovely and we enjoy doing the puzzles here. Thank you for caring for my friend.

Paternoster has taken good care of my dad for some six weeks now. The home is of a high standard, clean and well furnished. A great activities team work hard to create a fun environment. Food menu is carried and sufficient. One to one care has been very good. Garden area could be improved. Overall a good experience had by my father.

Everyone was helpfull and friendly. Care provided was good. Person centred care plan in place including nutritional needs. Great activities catered for specific interests too. Care home was very clean. Rooms were clean and comforting.

Once again very happy with the care Mum received whilst we were away. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. The home is clean and very well laid out. Mum was encouraged to participated in activities. When she came home, she settled back very quickly, I will be using Paternoster house again, many thanks.

I am very happy with the home, they look after my wife very well. All are always willing to help me and my wife.

It took me a few weeks to settle in and now I'm very happy and receiving good care and support from lovely, caring staff. Always something happening, I join in most activities, including visits out, especially a local pub.

My dad has only been at the home a short time but the friendly staff and their sweet nature has not gone unnoticed. They're kind and understanding of his illness and his other long-term issues have been outstanding. The colour has been put back in his cheeks and his health has been nursed back to where it should have been. I feel so much more comfortable now to know he is in the safest hands he can be.
