I have been visiting my friend regularly since his admission four weeks ago. I always found him clean and cared for and meals provided regularly and drinks. He seems to be content there and doesn't complain of any ill treatment.

This home has had problems but since new management team has come in timings have improved a lot. My mum looks well, clean. She eats quite well but the food could be better. The staff on her ward are great with her and others. I had no regrets putting Mum in this home, unsure when problems started but again no regrets now.

I do find that all the staff I am in contact with were all very helpful and caring to both residents and relatives. I really feel very happy to have my husband in that home and would recommend it to everyone I love!

My sister and I have nothing but praise for the staff in the dementia unit, and the latest management team, and of course some of the other staff on the unit next to it that we have come to know. Even though mother's dementia is taking more of a hold on her she is still thriving in other ways and looks very well thanks to their wonderful care. They are very understanding of her needs and her personality. We are always contacted by the staff regarding anything to do with her health or any other needs she may have.

My cousin was accepted by Queens Court after her house has a prohibition order place on it. The staff have been wonderful, helping her to settle in and advising us and listening to our worries and concerns regarding my relatives health and behaviour.
The family are so relieved that my relative is warm, safe and out of her rodent infested house.

The day centre at Queens Court is a wonderful facility, providing entertainment activities and social contact.
