Visited my father on the 8th of March, very well organised and safe visit. My Dad was found to be well looked after and in good spirits. Rosedale looked extremely clean. All staff are amazing very happy how my Dad had been looked after during lockdown since March 2020.

My wonderful husband went into care at Rosedale Court at the beginning of this year. I am very happy with his care, and I feel he is well looked after and settled.

All staff look after him so well, I can’t thank them all enough.

Mum arrived at Rosedale Court as an "end of life" patient in January 2018. Due to the initial high level of care and perseverance of care staff, and the ongoing high level of care she receives, she is still with us and going strong. I cannot praise them enough.

High praise also goes to the wellbeing team who as well as organising activities for residents have provided an excellent service in arranging visits/video calls during this difficult time of covid. It would be remiss not to mention the excellent work of housekeeping for the cleanliness of the building and of resident's clothing: and also the kitchen staff who provide food to a very high standard.

The standard of care is excellent, and we are happy that Mum is well cared for. Mum’s well being is considerably enhanced by the Well-being Team and the level of activities provided, which are excellent.

Would like also to mention that the catering for residents is of a very high standard. Also, the home keeps us informed through regular meetings.

My mother has been at Rosedale court for over 3-years; she has dementia. When she first went there her mobility was not good as lives in a mobile home, wouldn’t eat properly. Rosedale has done an incredible job of motivating her to mobilise, eat and interact with staff and other residents. The activities they do on a day to day basis, the genuine love and care of the staff. Communication with families is wonderful and reassuring, nothing is too much. This home is absolutely stunning, clean, safe, and the staff do a first-class job, especially in these uncertain times. Being able to see our loved ones in a safe and secure environment is a blessing.

Such lovely, caring and friendly staff, for which nothing is too much trouble. They provide the personal touch, which I feel is so necessary for my mother-in-law.

They keep us up to date with every aspect of her care. We know she is in very safe hands.

An excellent visit very well organised. One small issue was about the abrupt response at the main door. We knew the visit would be in the garden but were initially told to report to the main door first, when we did we got an abrupt "go to back gates"!. A shame although it did not spoil our visit.

My mum has lived at Rosedale Court for over 2 years. She is in the very last stage of Alzheimer's and has now been moved upstairs for nursing care. She is cared for so well that she even manages to smile at the nurses. We speak to the nurses for a weekly report of my mum's health and we know 100% that she receives the best care possible. Thank you everyone at Rosedale Court.

Mum needed 24hr care so sadly we had no choice but to look at homes.
I work in Westcliff/Southend and have seen lots of homes and I can't say I liked what I saw.

Rosedale is like the "Hilton" of homes as you can walk in at any time whereas everywhere else you either ring and make an appointment or ring a doorbell.

As a family, we have been very pleased with Rosedale Court. We have been made to feel welcomed. My husband has been there for the last 6 months. We have been very impressed with the ladies who organise the many activities. It's wonderful how they take the residents out which is so good for them. We love the tea rooms it seems to be the heart of the home. When I leave my husband it helps to know he is being cared for.
