The staff are incredible and always seem happy to be there.
Food choices are great, all residents I have had contact with seem happy & engaging in activities/other residents.
My Nan seems happy overall and well looked after.

My only concern is the condition of the rooms/social areas. It could be better.

My mother in law has settled in really well. The staff are very kind & caring, and go out there way to make sure everyone is happy.
The social events are amazing, they make sure everyone is trying to join in & have fun.

Only criticism, blinds in her bedroom are broken.

The care & attention from all the staff is incredible, they have gone out there way to make Mum settle in.
Activities are so good, making them all laugh & feel like they are all part of the same family.

My only criticism, Mums room needs a bit of updating, blinds are broken, but very pleased with our choice of care home

Since arriving at Bedhampton Court my relative has slowly started to show signs of being 'herself' again after a prolonged hospital stay.

The most important factor for us is that the staff are so kind. They have worked hard to make her feel welcome and include her in activities. She is well looked after and made to feel special on a daily basis.

My husband was admitted as an urgent deteriorating case. All the staff were so patient and considerate of his changing situation. They adapted quickly as his needs developed, and made the best of a rough time. They also cared about myself and my father-in-law. At the end, they were so helpful and respectable. I could not have asked for a better home for my husband's last days.

My son was taken into the home on July 24 2025 & died on Aug 25th 25. During his time in the home the matron & staff could not be faulted. They looked after him with great care and kindness, as they did with the family. I will be forever grateful to them for the way they cared for him in his last month of life.

Staff are friendly and caring. They are polite and respectful and always willing to help. Nothing seems to much trouble. A nursing home I would recommend to others. Residents are included and encouraged to take part in activities and socialise whatever their capability.

Generally we are happy with our experience with our mothers care. Just sometimes there can be a wait for her to go to the toilet, but she does need two people as she needs a hoist. But all the staff are so friendly & caring & any concerns we have raised with the nurses are acted on quickly

Very welcoming team on desk. Caring staff have a good rapport with resident. Have got to know her and always use her name.
Facilities are very good.
Room not particularly home feel but not sure if its the family not providing personal items or because of care home rules.

Could improve resident sense of home by getting to know personal food, drink preferences and offering them to individual as she reluctant to 'make a fuss'.

Reply from Karen Williams, Home Manager at Bedhampton Court

My mother was unhappy and anxious about moving into a nursing home but Bedhampton Court was able to provide the level of care essential to her condition. Since moving in she has thrived as the staff have enabled her to regain her interest in life and to undertake activities that I thought were no longer possible.

I am grateful for the care and consideration she has received from the wonderful staff.

The staff are second to nine, always on hand to sort out any problems that may have occurred, the food is outstanding, the only thing I can put it is next to a restaurant on the High Street, during the week the staff go around asking what they would like to eat on certain days and nothing is too much trouble.
