Staff are friendly and caring. They are polite and respectful and always willing to help. Nothing seems to much trouble. A nursing home I would recommend to others. Residents are included and encouraged to take part in activities and socialise whatever their capability.

Staff should evaluate the needs of patients(no good giving a drink if the patient is unable to reach through disability).

My mum has resided at Bedhampton care home for a few years now and has settled in well. She is a happy soul and a lot of the care home staff tell me so.
All the care workers I have met are all helpful and lovely.

Generally we are happy with our experience with our mothers care. Just sometimes there can be a wait for her to go to the toilet, but she does need two people as she needs a hoist. But all the staff are so friendly & caring & any concerns we have raised with the nurses are acted on quickly

Very welcoming team on desk. Caring staff have a good rapport with resident. Have got to know her and always use her name.
Facilities are very good.
Room not particularly home feel but not sure if its the family not providing personal items or because of care home rules.
Could improve resident sense
of home by getting to know personal food, drink preferences and offering them to individual as she reluctant to 'make a fuss'.

We have list of likes and dislikes for all residents which the chef is made aware off . My mother was unhappy and anxious about moving into a nursing home but Bedhampton Court was able to provide the level of care essential to her condition. Since moving in she has thrived as the staff have enabled her to regain her interest in life and to undertake activities that I thought were no longer
possible.
I am grateful for the care and consideration she has received from the wonderful staff.

The staff are second to nine, always on hand to sort out any problems that may have occurred, the food is outstanding, the only thing I can put it is next to a restaurant on the High Street, during the week the staff go around asking what they would like to eat on certain days and nothing is too much
trouble.

My Mum has been a resident at the care home for 7 months now I was really worried about having to place my Mum in a care home but I am so happy we chose Bedhampton Court. The staff are excellent so caring and considerate always available to help in any way they can.
There is an excellent program of
activities for residents my Mum loves all the fun games and activities many of the residents take part in everyone seems so happy it's so lovely seeing everyone interacting and having fun.
The menu choices are excellent and the meals all look delicious.
We are so pleased our Mum is happy and well looked after we know we made the right choice

My father was in this nursing home for end-of-life care and ended up spending a year here. He always had reservations about going into a 'home' but he was so happy here. This experience blew away any reservations he had. The staff are all so supportive and friendly and feel like part of the extended
family, from housekeeping, support staff, nursing and management, all part of one big family. I was pleased that he was able to stay here for the last months of his life x

I visit my friend on a weekly basis & in my opinion there are not enough staff on duty. I have sat with my friend & other residents for an hour & never see anyone. Basic care is o.k, but compared to other homes, there isn't enough interaction with residents. Activities are not interesting enough, only
a few attend & most are too complicated. Where has skittles & darts gone? I think it needs more staff & somebody with enthusiasm.

My sister arrived at Bedhampton in August and sadly only had a short stay owing to her fast failing health. She was admitted to hospital for part of the time too.
From the very start when arranging it for her I was made to feel very welcome and looked after as was my sister. She was not able to appreciate
all that was offered but I found visiting her something to be looked forward to and I knew she was in safe hands. THANK YOU ALL

Mum was only in your care for 5 weeks, but she was happy and very well cared for. The food was excellent and treatment was excellent. She managed to walk (aided) again. She was always in clean fresh clothes with her hair brushed. Thank you to all the staff.

My mum spent five weeks in the care of Bedhampton Nursing Home, following a prolonged hospital stay. Her needs were thoroughly assessed with skill and patience and we were very grateful for the care and attention she received from everyone on the team. After only one week, the chef made her a birthday
cake and the staff came to sing to her, making her final birthday special. She was not well enough to participate in many of the activities nor meet many of the other residents but we, her visitors, certainly appreciated the lovely family atmosphere and the peaceful gardens of Bedhampton Court.
The food was delicious and my dad was able to join her for meals on some of his visits. Food portions were very generous.
Sadly, Mum went on to receive palliative care but again, the skill and compassion of the staff who attended her made a terrible situation more comfortable. My dad and siblings were always welcomed and supported through this difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

We have been very happy with the facilities and care at Bedhampton Court. All the staff are amazing and have treated my mum with dignity, respect and care. My mum has now been there for 5 months and it feels like a second family! There is a variety of activities and it is lovely to see the photo board
showing what they have enjoyed and having the activities emailed to me helps me encourage my mum to have a go. The food is fantastic and being able to have a Sunday dinner with my mum has been lovely. The kitchen staff are truly amazing.
