Staff are friendly and caring. They are polite and respectful and always willing to help. Nothing seems to much trouble. A nursing home I would recommend to others. Residents are included and encouraged to take part in activities and socialise whatever their capability.

Generally we are happy with our experience with our mothers care. Just sometimes there can be a wait for her to go to the toilet, but she does need two people as she needs a hoist. But all the staff are so friendly & caring & any concerns we have raised with the nurses are acted on quickly

Thank you for taking the time to review our service .To reassure you we complete a bell analysis every week where we check the calls have been answered within the time frame which we class as acceptable .We aim to answer the bells within 5mins initially .

I enjoy working in the calm and friendly atmosphere of the home. I always try to help residents with their requests and find someone who can if I can't. I've completed Legionella, Medex courses, in-house training, and fire marshal training.
