Beginning of Sept 23 my dad came to Bedhampton Care Home. It was a very emotional time for the family.
Surprisingly my dad settled in very well, this was with the help of the care staff and manager, and the deputy manager was amazing.
My dad's room is lovely and homely.

The food is very nice and good-sized portions.

When I first entered this home I was full of worry as to how things would work out, my fears were very soon dispelled, nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff here, from the maintenance team up to the management, all were willing to help in any way possible.
The room I was in was first-class, cleaned every day, the food, again, excellent offering a good selection of food and drinks.

The carers were all of a high standard, bringing fun and laughter every time they attended to me, even the managers were happy to assist. Arrangements for amusement were provided every day to help people come together. The overall feeling of the home was of happiness and love and I cannot thank them all enough for all they have done for me, I would recommend this care home to anyone wanting true, loving care and value for money.

I visit my mother once or twice a week and when I do, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The home is always clean and I can't rate the food highly enough. The home is often laying on events and I feel Mum is well looked after whether she has a tried day or is up with other residents, she is happy so that's the most important thing to me.

My wife had Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia after 5 years and was admitted in early December to Mid January when she passed.
As a family, we can state without hesitation the attention to detail, care, and palliative care went far beyond our expectations.
Every member of staff be they management, carers, and nurses were all not just brilliant but superb.
Professionalism empathy, outstanding care and nursing. Beyond imagination.

From the whole family, we can say thank you and God bless you all.

My wife has been in this nursing home since 8 October 2018. During the lockdown, the matron asked me to move in so that I could be close to my wife. I was there for 56 weeks. It was a home from home! After the take-over on 14th July, changes in staff have been difficult. Please give me a call!
