I have experienced Bedhampton Court through my mum having to have more medical care, sadly only for a short period of time. I cannot express enough how caring and professional all staff and management are. I experienced this home as though I was a resident, as sadly my mum became end of life, quickly,
so myself and my sister stayed 24/7 for eight days to be with her till the end. Nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after very well. Medical staff are excellent, work non-stop to provide a high level of care, as do all staff. Rooms are lovely and bright. All-round, amazing place. Definetly recommend it.

This is my honest opinion of Bedhampton Court, unfortunately, my Mum had to leave her home and move into Bedhampton Court due to ill health. I had concerns about it but they were soon dismissed once I visited. The whole vibe as I entered felt so warm friendly and homely. The residents are so happy.
Unfortunately, my Mum didn't experience all that they give as she became ill very quickly, but the staff brought the experiences to her, ie, hairdressers, and podiatrist. As Mum became end of life the management and staff supported me and my sister as we stayed 24/7 for 8 days. Anyone reluctant to put a loved one in a nursing home, think about Bedhampton Court, they are amazing.

Our relative has received excellent care. The home is kept very clean. All staff are very helpful. There are plenty of events that are very well organised. There is a good variety of food, which is very well-cooked, and options are always offered. A meeting was attended with the Home Manager, which
was helpful and instructive.

My husband was a resident in Bedhampton Nursing Home for just over four years, until his death in September 2023. Apart from an unsettled period when the home changed ownership, several staff left and the newly appointed manager was not popular, I found that the home had a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In spite of staff shortages, most of the carers and nurses were dedicated and caring. They were kind to the residents and patient with them, as were all the staff, including maintenance men, cleaners, admin, activities organisers, chef, etc. My husband was constantly frustrated at his inability to do anything, due to the nature of his illness, which sometimes made him grumpy, but most of the staff seemed to be quite fond of him. When he was dying, although it was in the early hours, I and my three children were notified in time for all of us to be with him. The night staff, whom we had not met, were wonderful and helped us through a sad but peaceful experience. We all found kindness and friendship among both staff and residents.

Having been informed that my mother had to go into a nursing home following a severe stroke, my sister, brother and I were told of a space at Bedhampton Court. We viewed the home and instantly knew it was the right one. The staff have always been amazing and caring to both Mum and us. Mum was at the
home for over seven years, so we knew everyone quite well. Their amazing dedication was heightened during Covid. We can't thank everyone enough.

My mum lived at Bedhampton for over three years with many and varied health problems including kidney failure, a broken hip, and a mild cognitive impairment. The staff were wonderful at looking after her. The renal unit sent a nice letter to the Bedhampton chef, thanking her for lowering Mum's potassium
levels through diet. Bedhampton gave Mum an extra three years with her family, to the amazement of her renal consultants. The nurses and carers were always kind, helpful and accommodating to the whole family during a difficult time for us all. We had many good times with Mum and are always grateful to this lovely home.

Beginning of Sept 23 my dad came to Bedhampton Care Home. It was a very emotional time for the family.
Surprisingly my dad settled in very well, this was with the help of the care staff and manager, and the deputy manager was amazing.
My dad's room is lovely and homely.
The food is very nice and
good-sized portions.

When I first entered this home I was full of worry as to how things would work out, my fears were very soon dispelled, nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff here, from the maintenance team up to the management, all were willing to help in any way possible.
The room I was in was first-class,
cleaned every day, the food, again, excellent offering a good selection of food and drinks.
The carers were all of a high standard, bringing fun and laughter every time they attended to me, even the managers were happy to assist. Arrangements for amusement were provided every day to help people come together. The overall feeling of the home was of happiness and love and I cannot thank them all enough for all they have done for me, I would recommend this care home to anyone wanting true, loving care and value for money.

I visit my mother once or twice a week and when I do, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The home is always clean and I can't rate the food highly enough. The home is often laying on events and I feel Mum is well looked after whether she has a tried day or is up with other residents, she is
happy so that's the most important thing to me.

My wife had Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia after 5 years and was admitted in early December to Mid January when she passed.
As a family, we can state without hesitation the attention to detail, care, and palliative care went far beyond our expectations.
Every member of staff be they management,
carers, and nurses were all not just brilliant but superb.
Professionalism empathy, outstanding care and nursing. Beyond imagination.

My wife has been in this nursing home since 8 October 2018. During the lockdown, the matron asked me to move in so that I could be close to my wife. I was there for 56 weeks. It was a home from home! After the take-over on 14th July, changes in staff have been difficult. Please give me a call!
