Thank you for your feedback. The resident in question moved out over five months ago. Unfortunately, this issue occurred during a brief period where we did not have a general manager in place and we also had a temporary clinical lead. I am happy to say both of these roles are now filled and the home is focused on improving the quality of care offered and the resident's overall experience in the home.
