FNC Contributions (if eligible and awarded) are in addition to any detailed fees & are retained by the home towards the nursing care provision.

Overall care is very good, however, on occasions there appears to be a shortage of staff. As someone has to be in the lounge often residents have to wait to use the toilet. It can be very distressing for some people.

Our experience of South Haven Lodge is fab we were very anxious when the decision was made to get a care home but the staff at South Haven Lodge have been amazing, always ready to have a chat and answer any questions I may have.

I have found the home more than adequate in providing care for my father. I would like to see more staff on duty at weekends.
