Inglefield always has a positive atmosphere with mostly smiling carers and workers (compared to the two previous care homes mum was in) Very helpful in phoning me when mum has falls or other problems and the medical care is good. The only problem has been loss of some clothes and the appearance of other
peoples clothes in mums room?
She is very much happier in this nursing home. We find the female family managers most helpful and well organised.

Excellent care & kindness to both my partner & myself. Couldn't ask for better. Very good provision of nursing & care staff who were cheerful and efficient. This is a very well-run nursing home which should be reciprocated all over the UK.

Charlotte completed her NVQs and worked her way through the ranks to become Deputy Manager at her previous care home. After over a year in post as Deputy at Inglefield Charlotte became Acting Manager.


Charlotte is very interested in a person-centred approach to care, with the residents involvement to ensure a 'home from home' environment for residents.
