On arrival from the hospital, my husband was looked after very well by all the staff and I have no complaints whatsoever.
As my husband could only use his left hand because the rest of his body was becoming immobile, the carers were kept busy through the day and night and I will never be able to thank them enough.

My husband died on 20th September 2016.

My first impression was that the home did not smell at all. The whole building is light and airy. My uncle was there for several weeks for "end of life care" so I feel as though I go to know all the staff, nurses, carers, kitchen staff etc. Although always extremely busy and hard working they always had time for the patients and their relatives. I noticed the residents were always clean and well dressed. Care was taken to make sure residents only wore their own clothes. The kitchen open for anyone to see. It is immaculate as is the dining room. Care is taken every day to lay the tables properly serviettes etc. Some staff arrange the activities and several things were arranged each week, craft, singing, plays etc, so residents do not have to either stay in their rooms or be placed in a chair.

The home has a very calm and happy atmosphere. The residents are very contented and the staff so caring and friendly. The management and staff are going over and above to make Dad feel settled and welcome for which my family are extremely grateful in difficult circumstances.

My experience is that the staff do a difficult job and there is a good general atmosphere. I am sure facilities could be further improved with more financial injection. My mother in law is self-funded and costs seem high but seem par.

Everyone is very caring - (They look after my mother). They look after me. I cared for my mother for 5 years, I handed my mother over and finally, let her go. Everywhere is clean and smells really fresh. There are nice touches everywhere. It feels like home. Home and gardens in nice setting.

Beechcare is set in such a tranquil location that from the moment you arrive til you leave you feel relaxed and at ease. You are always welcomed with a smile. The home is always clean, tidy and well presented, as are all the staff who work here. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. All facilities here are outstanding, from fabulous old time memorabilia to the social areas and kitchen, which is always open for refreshments. I love my visits here to see my mum. She is very well cared for and that means the world to myself and my family.

I highly recommend Beechcare to everyone, as your loved one couldn't be in a better, loving, caring, hands. Thank you Beechcare.

My father has been in the home for over a year now, it has taken a while for him to settle into the rooms. The staff have been very helpful and are open to suggestions regarding the care of my father.

The management listen if you have any issues (which is rare) and will implement any suggestions if possible.

Nan is so happy here, she has now been here a year and the home has continued to provide a lovely home where she has been able to be independent with the things she can do, while at the same time they support her with dignity and respect with the things she can't do.

I came to see my mother as I do most days and was pleased to see the sister in charge taking out time to sit with my mother to feed her Sunday lunch and have a conversation with her. I took over feeding my mother she was in a good mood today.

Beechcare has excellent care and support! The rooms are a decent size and made as their own to make them feel at home. It is always tidy and my granddads room and clothes are always clean! I feel they have lots to do at Beechcare Home with lots of different activities that I can take part in while visiting my granddad. Everyone in the care home are very friendly and welcoming. Most of all my granddad loves it there and couldn't be happier. Excellent home!!

It is a lovely welcoming home. The residents always seem busy with activities. I feel happy my nan is at Beechcare because they look after her and everyone else so well, and have a lot of time for them. Safety and security is brilliant at Beechcare. You can not get in the home without the door code and if you don't have one there is a bell you ring to be able to get in. Beechcare is always spotless! My nan is always laughing and enjoying herself throughout the day, and has a lovely relationship with the staff and management. My nan likes to get involved with what the staff are up to so they made her a bag with her name on and has called her "boss", she loves it and I thought that was just wonderful!
