Brabourne Care Centre opened in 2006 and provides bespoke care packages for a range of needs from residential and dementia to convalescent and end-of-life care.

Facilities include lounges and en-suite rooms and a well established garden, where residents are encouraged to enjoy their independence and make the most of every day.

The team respond to the changing physical, personal and social needs of residents. By taking time to get to know each resident, staff are able to deliver person-centred care as well as create opportunities to meet like-minded people and make new friends.

My aunt went into Brabourne after a hip operation in February 2020 for rehabilitation and was stuck in there due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, we were duped into thinking this was a good care home for my aunt by the good reviews already posted here. But it is not a good care home and the lack of care
my aunt received during COVID-19 has led her to be permanently bed bound. We have had to complain about the care my aunt received several times and the last complaint has still not been dealt with. We have taken her out of the care home.
Find another care home if you want your relative to come out thriving after an operation. There is only one good thing about that place and that is the receptionist.
We are extremely disappointed with the care and would never recommend anyone to go there. Let's see if this posted as a review or they just post the good ones.

Since my father was taken into care from day one up until he passed away on 30/06/2020, I can only say that everything and everybody at the care home were caring, sympathetic and always very polite. It wasn't only the care of my Dad's well-being, it was also shown to his family members when they were
able to visit him as well.
I myself am extremely grateful for the last 2 weeks he was with us, that I could be with him to comfort him, thanks to all the staff involved. We cannot thank you enough, even in my Dad's death, they all showed him so much dignity and respect.

My elderly mother has been in Brabourne Care Centre since December 2019. During this time she has experienced a very high standard of professional, compassionate and understanding care form all members of the team. She is treated with dignity and respect and the carers have a sympathetic and kindly
attitude to her needs, combined with a high level of professionalism. I recommend Brabourne without reserve.

From the moment my mum entered the care home we felt so comfortable with the care she received. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after her and made myself and my sister very welcome. From the nursing staff, the carers and the cleaning staff they showed my mum such kindness. They always kept
my mum clean and comfortable and her room was spacious, bright and clean. Unfortunately, my mum was very poorly and her stay in the home was only 6weeks. When she passed away they were genuinely saddened. We thank all the staff at Brabourne Care Centre for making our mums last few weeks as comfortable and pain-free as they could. We will always be grateful to you all.

My mum has been under the care of Brabourne since March this year and has now sadly passed away.
I want to acknowledge the excellent care of my mum during her short stay.
The nursing staff, the carers and the cleaners all had a massive impact on my mums wellbeing.
They all showed compassion to
the end and I will always be grateful to them.
Brabourne Care Home comes highly recommended.
