Thank you for your lovely review of our care home and team. We love having her here and caring for her and are so pleased she has settled so well.
Thank you for this review.
As with all 'families,' the relationship only works if it is two way and we have been delighted to care for this dear lady and interact with the whole family, who have been tremendously supportive of all that we strive to achieve to improve the lives of those in the Hythe View community.
The current Covid-19 restrictions cannot and must not detrimentally affect the necessity for families to spend precious final moments together and we at Hythe View ensure that we do everything to facilitate this whenever possible, whilst respecting current guidance. Thank you
Thank you for this review, it is always a pleasure to care for all of our residents and believe me I, as Manager, I feel humbled and honoured when someone chooses Hythe View to make their home. We strive to reach a happy balance of joyful and calm in the home so that it is a place where you are equally contented living life to the full or enjoying the tranquillity and beautiful views. Thank you for this review. Sharon

My name is Dan and I am the Home Administrator at Hythe View, I joined the company in April 2022 after a decade in the travel industry including stints as cabin crew and a Commercial Manager for a tour operator. I had the opportunity to travel extensively but these days, I’m much happier with my feet on my ground as I’m dad to two boys and a dog!
When I was a child, my grandma would often take me to the care home where she worked. When I as a teenager my Mum went to University and trained to become a Nurse. During the COVID-19 Pandemic I worked as a carer and realised how hard but rewarding care work is. I’m so happy to be a part of the team here at Hythe View.
