Copper Beeches Care Home

My mother was admitted to Copper Beeches in March 2015 on hospital advice, having lived in a sheltered accommodation in London for some 17 years previous. I was more than pleased on viewing Copper Beeches to let my mother take up residency there. One of the reasons being that I lived in Rochester and it was easier access for me visiting. Also, they dealt with her needs and helped her to participate in the activities in the home, which is what she needed as there was no involvement in anything where she lived previously, so she was becoming vegetated, which was very worrying. I've always admired the way the staff dealt with my Mum as she could be very awkward at times. But they always got on with the job and dealt with it in a professional manner keeping me informed at all times. I would definitely recommend this home on the grounds that I have pointed out. I cannot fault the management and staff at this home they are a good team and work very hard to keep their standards high.

The care that was given was very good to my father. The staff are very helpful and very pleasant when you went to the home.

The staff are lovely they look after my wife and care deeply about making her happy and content which makes me feel less upset at placing her in a home. I have been to other care homes and felt a great family atmosphere. The staff ensure all help needed is given quickly.
