My father was in here between July and August for physio rehab. The home from the word go was welcoming and made both him and his family feel like part of a family. The care he received was wonderful, and all the staff looked after him really well. Can only praise the whole set up and those who run
to work there. Thank you for taking such good care of him; nothing was too much trouble.

My Mother had been a resident for 6 years plus. Arriving with severe osteoporosis, and advance glaucoma which rendered her bed bound.
From the outset the Management, Nursing Staff, Care Staff treated her with sympathy and profound respect which enabled her to settle albeit reluctantly. She formed a
close friendship with most of the staff who treated her as they would their own Mother.
Throughout the Covid epidemic where enforced isolation was in force, I received updates as to her condition and was able to talk with her by the staff's personal mobile phones, a tremendous relief as I was engaged in caring for my now deceased wife.
As time progressed my mother slowly deteriorated to such a degree that she required help with personal hygiene and feeding. All staff were particularly patient with her spend much time ensuring she was well nourished.
Her bedding, clothing were always clean irrespective of the number of accidents that occurred each day. She passed at the age of 99yrs peacefully.

We found the care home friendly and welcoming. Dad's treatment was kind, his room comfortable and he and we appreciated the kindness of his two primary carers and the resident nurses. They ensured dad's final days were comfortable and peaceful for which we are extremely grateful.

I made an enquiry about bringing in my daughter's dog to the home so my dad could see her and I was instantly given an answer of yes and that they really liked animals to come in. Every time I ask for anything from the staff they get it sorted or find out an answer immediately. They never make me feel
like I am asking too much and are always so very kind in their approach to me and my dad and family. The longer my dad is in the home the more we feel like the staff are an extension of our family.

I have been living at Frindsbury Hall for nearly four years, I am from another country so was a bit anxious. The day I came my dad passed away I was given comfort and support from all. I am very happy living here, everyone is so kind to me and help when needed. The manager supports same football team
as me , we get on very well, we have a chat every morning. I enjoy the home cooked food and always join in with all the activities daily, I have made many friends here, I feel like we are one big family, my room is lovely I even have my own fish tank, coffee machine.

Our dad was cared for at Frindsbury Hall Nursing Home for respite as we were on holiday for 2 weeks knowing that he's was in great hands with the staff, and give us a warm welcome to ask for help and nothing was too much for them. Food was excellent and big shout out to the manager for letting my dad
stay here. Could not ask for a better place for our dad to be at. Much appreciated, thank you again.

Appalling care home! A toxic culture from management down!
Many of the staff appear inadequately trained in all aspects of care, they lack compassion and knowledge of the resident's complex needs, the neglect of residents is widespread, as is the rudeness and unprofessionalism of staff from the management
down.
The staff are regularly observed sitting together on their phones or talking about residents and their carers.
Most of the residents on one floor are in bed all day, with buzzers being ignored, and even out of reach of the resident, staff only going in there at meal times or pad change. (I went in to visit my friend every day at different times due to my concern about her care) bad practice and neglect was witnessed by myself and my daughter on every visit! Our 19-page complaint is currently being investigated.

I could not fault anything about my mother's stay at Frindsbury. All the staff were so friendly, caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, the activities were varied. If there is one thing to mention then it's the wood around reception, needs some TLC. Other than that

The staff are all friendly, kind, caring and very polite.
The care they give is like treating their own family members.
The home is warm and inviting, with good facilities.
Any requests were listened to, and action was taken whenever necessary.

My previous concerns have all been discussed with management and resolved. Any worries I have in future I can discuss with the manager. My sister is settling in nicely now and seems very happy and well-looked after.

Staff are fantastic, my sister has come on very well since being here.
I can't comment on value for money as I don't have an idea of cost. The room looks tired in decor as a lot of the home.

The staff at Frindsbury Hall are amazing, so kind, thoughtful, professional and fun. The home is clean and well-presented and any issues are dealt with quickly. There is a variety of rooms for differing needs and Mum's room has all she needs. The staff treat Mum with dignity and respect, whether she

My aunt arrived at Frindsbury Hall Nursing Home in late August, she was/is self-funding and my wife visited another care home before choosing Frindsbury Hall. It was the best move for my aunt, she can be very "stroppy" when not getting her own way and the staff have been wonderful in their care of her,
with no faults or criticism.

It is a difficult decision when choosing a care home for a beloved relatives end of life care. I am so pleased we chose Frindsbury Hall.
I felt the staff treated my mum with the same level of care as they would their own relatives. She was encouraged to join in with activities, but her wishes were
respected if and when she chose not to. The food was of a good standard as was the cleanliness. As relatives, we were made to feel welcome and were kept properly informed of our mum's condition at every stage. The staff did an excellent job of managing our expectations and did so compassionately. Having entrusted our mum's care to Frindsbury gave us a great deal of peace of mind at a stressful time. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we had from the staff of Frindsbury Hall. Highly recommended.
