Frindsbury Hall Nursing Home

The staff at Frindsbury Hall are amazing, so kind, thoughtful, professional and fun. The home is clean and well-presented and any issues are dealt with quickly. There is a variety of rooms for differing needs and Mum's room has all she needs. The staff treat Mum with dignity and respect, whether she appreciates it or not! Thank you for keeping my Mum safe and cared for.

My aunt arrived at Frindsbury Hall Nursing Home in late August, she was/is self-funding and my wife visited another care home before choosing Frindsbury Hall. It was the best move for my aunt, she can be very "stroppy" when not getting her own way and the staff have been wonderful in their care of her, with no faults or criticism.

I felt the staff treated my mum with the same level of care as they would their own relatives. She was encouraged to join in with activities, but her wishes were respected if and when she chose not to. The food was of a good standard as was the cleanliness. As relatives, we were made to feel welcome and were kept properly informed of our mum's condition at every stage. The staff did an excellent job of managing our expectations and did so compassionately. Having entrusted our mum's care to Frindsbury gave us a great deal of peace of mind at a stressful time. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we had from the staff of Frindsbury Hall. Highly recommended.

From the moment my mum arrived at Frindsbury Hall, the staff went above and beyond to care for her and us. They treated her with such dignity, almost like she was their own mum. I really felt like she was being cared for by family. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mum to spend her final years.

My brother was only with you for two and a half months until he sadly passed away. Although visits by me were restricted because of covid, I was able to visit very regularly. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the home was very clean and maintained to a very high standard. Towards the end, everyone was so compassionate and caring to both my brother and me.

My mum has been in the home for nearly 2 months and I have been impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff when my brother and myself have visited. Mum has severe needs and is well looked after in the spacious room that she occupies.

I can't praise the manager and staff enough for the care shown to my mother. In difficult Covid times, they have shown me understanding in wanting what's best for Mum. The manager is exceptionally kind, understanding and caring. I can't name names, but some staff are just lovely.

The care that my mother-in-law has received has been excellent at Frindsbury Hall. The staff are always very helpful whenever we have spoken to them. My mother-in-law is very happy there and we know that she is always well cared for.

Excellent staff, excellent care. Since my mum arrived at Frindsbury Hall we have noticed a vast improvement in her health and well-being. It is such a relief knowing that she is safe and being properly looked after.

Everybody has been extremely kind and helpful. The home is very clean and the rooms contain all the most furnishings that a resident could need.

My Ex-husband went to Frindsbury Hall for End of life care and the care and attention he had was amazing. I would like to name individuals but just in case I miss anyone out I won't but they were all wonderful. Lovely bright and clean room. So impressed and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one. My ex-husband passed away peacefully in his sleep. Thank you all at Frindsbury Hall.

Mum has been in the home for over 3 years now in all that time I have always found it to be clean and tidy, but more importantly, the staff have always been friendly and approachable. In my experience put both the wellbeing and care of the residents first. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care mum receives.

Would completely recommend the home to others looking for one, as they have really looked after Mum well.

My eldest brother has been in this home for over four years. Either his younger brother or myself have visited the home every fortnight, except obviously not since covid-19 has been around. We have always found the staff from top to bottom to be very helpful if we have had a need to ask any questions. Care for him has always been excellent. Food always smells very appetising, and we know our brother enjoys it. We cannot speak highly enough of all staff members. Our brother could not be in a better home.

The care and dignity shown to my mother-in-law has been first class. Mum has a lovely room and has a good life there following her stroke. During covid-19, the care, control and safety procedures have been exemplary. More than happy with the care she receives. Special mention must be made to the manager and two other ladies.

This is a very good care home with good, caring nurses and carers. Every one of the carers will help you anytime if needed. The food is very good, you have plenty of choice of food and drink, whenever. We have entertainment on weekday afternoons with board games, art, jigsaws etc. We also have sing-along karaoke etc.

The entertainment is good, they give her puzzles to do, though she struggles, it keeps her busy. Her room is always tidy and clean. The staff respect my mum's dignity and keep her smiling as much as they can. There is a lovely garden, and my mum and the residents go outside weather permitting. So I am glad I chose this home for her because it is like her new home and family for her.
