My brother was only with you for two and a half months until he sadly passed away. Although visits by me were restricted because of covid, I was able to visit very regularly. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the home was very clean and maintained to a very high standard. Towards the end,
everyone was so compassionate and caring to both my brother and me.

My mum has been in the home for nearly 2 months and I have been impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff when my brother and myself have visited. Mum has severe needs and is well looked after in the spacious room that she occupies.

I can't praise the manager and staff enough for the care shown to my mother. In difficult Covid times, they have shown me understanding in wanting what's best for Mum. The manager is exceptionally kind, understanding and caring. I can't name names, but some staff are just lovely.

My Ex-husband went to Frindsbury Hall for End of life care and the care and attention he had was amazing. I would like to name individuals but just in case I miss anyone out I won't but they were all wonderful. Lovely bright and clean room. So impressed and I would highly recommend to anyone looking
for care for a loved one. My ex-husband passed away peacefully in his sleep. Thank you all at Frindsbury Hall.

The staff have always been amazing looking after Mum, making sure she feels looked after and cared for even in these difficult Coronavirus times. Some staff have gone above and beyond their roles as careers, buying her flowers when she seems a bit down and upset, using their own mobiles to let her
received birthday video calls from me when the office one wasn't available.
Would completely recommend the home to others looking for one, as they have really looked after Mum well.

My eldest brother has been in this home for over four years. Either his younger brother or myself have visited the home every fortnight, except obviously not since covid-19 has been around. We have always found the staff from top to bottom to be very helpful if we have had a need to ask any questions.
Care for him has always been excellent. Food always smells very appetising, and we know our brother enjoys it. We cannot speak highly enough of all staff members. Our brother could not be in a better home.

The care and dignity shown to my mother-in-law has been first class. Mum has a lovely room and has a good life there following her stroke. During covid-19, the care, control and safety procedures have been exemplary. More than happy with the care she receives. Special mention must be made to the manager

This is a very good care home with good, caring nurses and carers. Every one of the carers will help you anytime if needed. The food is very good, you have plenty of choice of food and drink, whenever. We have entertainment on weekday afternoons with board games, art, jigsaws etc. We also have sing-along

The care home is friendly and it is clean, lovely and warm. The staff are really lovely, they paint my mum's nails, and she's always is dressed well and smells lovely.
My mum is a very happy bunny there, and when I visit, she is always laughing and joking.
The entertainment is good, they give her
puzzles to do, though she struggles, it keeps her busy. Her room is always tidy and clean. The staff respect my mum's dignity and keep her smiling as much as they can. There is a lovely garden, and my mum and the residents go outside weather permitting. So I am glad I chose this home for her because it is like her new home and family for her.

Firstly, I would like to thank all the staff at Frindsbury Hall for a very welcoming and loving environment that my dad received when he first arrived, and that feeling has continued throughout his stay there. All of the staff are kind and helpful and go out of their ways to make my dad feel at home
and more importantly, loved. In fact, I would go as far to say, that he is spoilt rotten. He has a lovely side room with lovely big windows that let lots of light in. He can decorate his room with family photos, and they try to accommodate my dad's requests. There are many activities to keep him busy. Thank you.

My mother spent three happy years at Frindsbury Hall, and we much appreciated the caring and safe environment that exists in this lovely care home. Mum loved the place, and the staff were so good and worked so hard to make life good for the residents. Mum was five days short of her 98th birthday when
she died, and they and help and support from the staff at the home; much appreciated.

They have kept me up to date on the recent developments on the pandemic, and how this related to my aunt who is a resident. They have kept me in contact when we couldn't visit via modern technology. Especially important when it was my aunt's 102nd Birthday. They always make a fuss when it is her Birthday

Mum has been a resident now for six months. The care provided has been excellent. During the lockdown, I have been unable to visit, but contact has been maintained via social media and video/telephone calls. Although being bed-bound, boredom has been an issue for Mum despite staffs efforts.
