Thank you for taking the time to review the home. My housekeeping staff try very hard to ensure all our residents clothes are returned safely to them after laundering. We also advise all our families to ensure clothes are clearly labelled. When you are next in the home do let us know and we will help you to find your father’s items or replace them appropriately. We hope you are happy with all other aspects of his care and note you are likely to recommend us which is lovely but do not hesitate to see me at any time when you visit your father.
