Throughout a bright clean colourful environment love and care displayed by smiling faces, caring, helpful and uplifted attitude. Colourful mobiles hang from the ceilings fresh young flowers abundantly arranged in halls, rooms, nooks and crannies beautiful! Safe comfortable homely relaxation spaces both in and outdoors. The walls display wonderful memory lane photographs of residents wedding, activities etc.

Group and individual outings arranged to match individual residents interests. I have seen many homes this one is outstanding. This is where I would like to be.

My mother spent 4 years at Banbury Heights and in all that time, was cared for very well. When she dies at the end of May 2017, their compassion and care from the staff was excellent. We spent as much time as we wanted with my dying mother and family. She died very peacefully and with dignity. Overall, the home was excellent.

I live in Australia but phoned mum regularly.
Each time I did the staff were always helpful and cheerful.
When mum became ill they spoke to us about her with genuine concern.
We visited the home on mum's death and found the staff compassionate.
We looked through the home and found it clean and inviting.
The staff knew who I was from the many phone calls and offered genuine symapathy.

On the whole, I was happy with where mum spent the last few years of her life.

My mother tells me every day how happy she is and how caring the staff are.

After the first few months of my mother's residence at the home, my daughter told me, "I am not sure what to do, I have never had to deal with a really happy Nan before!"

Excellent care at all times, my mum was looked after really well and nothing was too much trouble for the staff of Banbury Heights. They went out of their way to make sure she was happy and comfortable at all times.

Banbury Heights Nursing Home was used for my father's rehabilitation that he so needed after spending a long period of time in the hospital. The care provided was of a high standard towards my father. The carers and nurses were very kind caring, friendly and considerate towards my father and us as a family. We were always made welcome and cannot fault the care that was provided.

For the past year, my mother has been a resident of Banbury Heights, the first five moths with her husband. Upon his death, the staff have helped her to move on, join in, become a new person. It is hard to find fault with the care that she gets.

She is very happy in herself, the carers encourage her to enjoy her life and help her with all her needs. She tells me she feels safe.

Overall Experience

My mother spent 8 weeks at the nursing home following her discharge from hospital. The care and support she received was excellent from the whole team. My mother initially was unable to do any of her personal care and had to rely on support from male and female staff. My mum felt that she was treated with respect and her dignity managed under the circumstances.
