All the staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, kind and thoughtful always.
They tended to my mother with dignity and care but with humour and kindness.

With thanks to you all.

My aunt was happy at Rush Court. She enjoyed the food and was happy with the staff. She enjoyed the food. I thought the additional cost for pedicures, manicures, toiletries and physiotherapy sessions were rather expensive bearing in mind the cost of the 'home'.

My mother received excellent care here in the last three months of her life. The staff were extremely caring and patient and also looked after us as a family very well at the end of my mother's life. The home was welcoming and the gardens beautiful and well kept. There were always interesting activities on offer.

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful care my mother received during the six months she was at Ruch Court. She was treated with kindness, understanding and dignity. I too was treated with such kindness, understanding and sensitivity. All the staff helped and supported me so much through the final few weeks and days of my mother's life. It meant everything to me and I cannot thank them enough.

Sensitive care with dignity and compassion. High-quality professional approach from all the staff, carers, nursing and ancillary. Time was always found to ensure my father could do things as he wanted. The beautiful setting and grounds were an added bonus at this wonderful nursing home and I am so pleased that we chose Rush Court.

After a stay in hospital, my aunt was diagnosed with advanced cancer, the prognosis was poor which necessitated palliative care through to the end of life.
The manager of the home struck a rapport with her during the assessment and this lasted through to the end due to their regular chats. My aunt could be very strong-willed but also a little unworldly not an easy combination. We were very pleased with the treatment she received whilst in your care and were happy in the knowledge that she was as comfortable as possible during the later stages.

The communication with us was good despite the distance (emails, phone). We would recommend you to others and in fact, we have already done so.

From the first warm greeting at reception and well-maintained premises as well as a friendly atmosphere we knew we'd chosen the ideal home for dad from our first viewing. He settled in very quickly and all the staff from cleaners to management treated him with the utmost respect. Although he didn't participate in activities there was plenty on offer. The public rooms and grounds are beautiful. The catering team provided an outstanding buffet for dads 95th Birthday party. All the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble his last year was a very happy one.

A sensational care home. From top to bottom, the Manager runs an incredible home. Her senior staff down to the youngest care giver are the best. So kind and loving.

They all do their jobs with a great sense of humor, in what must be a very stressful environment. The senior nurse is a sensational asset.

Both my parents have been lucky enough to live at Rush Court. My mother for two years and my father for three. They have now both passed away. This is no ordinary nursing home. Every resident is treated as an individual and their personal space is respected. The range of activities is extremely varied and is designed for both the intellectual and physical wellbeing of the residents. The staff turnover is very low and this creates continuity and a real sense of team. The standard of personal and medical care is outstanding. The rooms and grounds are delightful, the communal areas of the highest standard and the food al freshly cooked with multiple choices. The carers are exceptional, courteous, professional and dedicated. The respect both my parents were shown during their last years and at the time of death was beyond anything in my experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

What can I say about the loving care that my Da received at Rush Court? The manager who is in charge of the home is wonderful and sets the bar very high for her staff. She is involved in all aspects of her residents care and her staff maintain her high standards. No single aspect of my Da's care was ever neglected and I could not have improved the service in any way, a service which included care for me too as I faced the end of a loved one's life. I cannot praise this home too much, the food was marvelous, the surroundings exceptional, the staff dedicated and professional. 10/10. Thank you.

My father received exemplary care at Rush Court. Firstly though, it is such a lovely place. It's in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens, and the home is very tastefully and elegantly decorated. I loved the dignity provided to the residents and the emphasis on the staff being there to attend to the needs and wishes of the residents and the patients, rather than the other way round. All of the staff are warm and welcoming and I was always greeted with smiles during my visits.

The staff not only care for the residents, but they also care for the relatives, especially when in my case, my father neared the end of his life. We couldn't have been more pleased with the response from the team. As there were no spare rooms in the nursing wing, they bought the nursing care to my father, which meant he could stay in familiar surroundings and be cared for by people who knew him well. We are so grateful and I couldn't recommend Rush Court more.

Both my parents are at Rush Court, my father in the residential wing until his death last month, my mother in nursing after having a major stroke leaving her disabled and with dementia. I cannot fault any aspect of their care, from the first time we visited the home and met the manager, to the way they handled my father's last days with dignity and compassion. Everyone who works there is unfailingly friendly and helpful and they have been so kind, both to my parents and to myself. I wish this level of care was available to everyone and not just to those who can afford the high cost.

It gives me great solace to know that I could not have given my mother any better possible care in her old age, other than at Rush Court.
I was always greeted with a warm smile and at no time was anything too much trouble.

It truly was her 'family'. None more so than when she returned from a short spell in hospital. The care, love and devotion shown by the staff was amazing.
