The staff work exceptionally hard, are compassionate, genuinely care and treat all residents as unique individuals.

Things have greatly improved at Kings Lodge in the last few months, with the new manager and more staff. All the staff, carers and nurses are very caring and helpful. I am very happy my son is looked after very well.

The care staff are always friendly and welcoming. The standard of care is excellent and the activities are stimulating and interesting. The food is presented well and my friend is happy.

For the last 6 months, this home has improved beyond recognition, there are more permanent staff and agency has dwindled to a very low number, all the staff are a lot happier and this transmits to the residents.
