My mother has been a resident since February 2016. During that time she has settled in very well. Her room is clean and bright with a lovely view to the garden. She says the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are activities that she can join in everyday, she finds these
enjoyable, especially when the musicians visit.

The home is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, it is as if you're in your own home. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional - always a smile and very helpful. One can praise all you like but the proof is looking at the other residents. They look cared for, happy, safe and are
interacting with others when they meet up in the various lounges. Activities are put on with themes that are familiar, songs, recitals that bring comfort and re-assurance with the familiarity. I enjoyed them, but was delighted to see how much my mother did. And when the weather does shine a wheelchair makes the beautiful gardens accessible.

The resident has only been with you for 3 weeks but has settled in very well, all the staff are kind and considerate and attentive to his needs. He particularly enjoys the meals and the activities. The home is lovely, well looked after and well maintained. It is clear that the manager, the nurses, carers,
hospital team and domestic team all work well together. I think that all at Beaumont should be proud by what they have achieved. Well done.

The staff are very good in taking care of me and my late wife. The staff are very kind, polite and caring. The food is good! The chefs are very good they always give choices. The garden is very beautiful, I enjoy living here. It's a beautiful home. The management is brilliant.

After only three weeks of my mother being in this home I have noticed a number of great improvements to her condition. All the staff are professional, compassionate and very welcoming. The management, food and grounds are outstanding.

When I started having falls my family were anxious and wanted me to have care, I agreed to staying in a small care home at the end of my road. It was not altogether satisfactory as they had poor facilities for toilet arrangements, I had six years there but needed more care with the toilet etc. so I
decided to move.
The sensible thing was to move to another home, much larger, and my daughter had one above Reigate Beaumont. I have been here for 6 months now and I am amazed by the help given to me by all.

Friendly staff who are courteous and pleasant. Food is excellent as are drinks. Activities offered are varied, interesting and meet the needs of the residents well. Only concern is that the buzzer is not always answered quickly. I fully understand staff are busy but my relative can become over anxious
and frightened when no one comes. Reassurance.

Having had a fall at my home and been taken to A&E my family thought a recovery period would be good. The Beaumont is near my house and proved ideal - very welcoming - staff and residents; a comfortable house with no need to join in activities if now wanting to, also choice of eating places. The team
of carers and nurses are a wonderfully international group of people who and seem to get on well together. I like to think of them as "United Nationals" demonstrating how the world should be behaving! They are hard working, kind and caring and I am grateful to them.

The care provided by the home has been excellent. The senior nursing staff have provided very good and thorough briefings to the care staff who are all extremely kind and considerate. The home itself is very comfortable, with spectacular gardens. The food is good too. Management has been flexible and

We consistently receive positive feedback from our residents, relatives and other visitors for the great care, food and other facilities we provide. We have stunning grounds which we are able to use for the benefit of the residents and the local community. I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division, also receiving the award for Team of the Year, Garden, Chef of the Year, and many staff members also being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the home.

Celia qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2006 with a degree in Physiotherapy (BSC Hons). After qualifying Celia completed her junior rotations at East Surrey Hospital (including: Care of the Elderly, Respiratory, Out-patients and numerous more) before taking a senior position within the Care of the Elderly Team. She then moved to Chichester Hospital Respiratory team for a year before taking up a senior role within the Acute Medical Team back at East Surrey Hospital. Celia set up SB Physiotherapy in the community in 2016 after realising the huge gap in local NHS services and the need to assist people with reaching their full potential.


Celia has a keen interest in rehabilitation of the older adult as well as maintaining function and independence in at risk population groups, such as patients with dementia and those at risk of falls.
