I would have complete peace of mind after Mum had a spell of respite to have Mum in the care of the staff here. Mum has thoroughly enjoyed her stay and loves being involved in the activities. All credit to the friendly home. Thank you.

My mother has not been in Barchester Reigate Beaumont very long, but right from the initial contact via phone to my most recent to see her visit this week, everyone involved has been kind, informative and professional. I have not seen my mother eat so well or be so content for a while now.

I have found the total experience of placing my mother in the Barchester Reigate Beaumont so much easier because of the welcoming and friendly reception of all the staff. The manager and all the carers have created a wonderfully warm and homely atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and I can see how my mother has improved and developed a relationship with her carers. My mother is 94 years with vascular dementia and knowing she is in such an efficient and safe environment us a tremendous relief. Having visited a few homes there was no doubt in my mind where I would wish my mother to spend her last years.

The family and I are so pleased that we found the Reigate Beaumont. All the staff have made us feel so welcome. All the carers and nurses treat my dearest friend with dignity and respect as she deserves. Her face lit up with joy when she won the raffle, saw birds of prey and listened to the jazz band. The manager, chef and nurses have exceeded our expectations. The family cannot thank you enough.

My mother has been a resident since February 2016. During that time she has settled in very well. Her room is clean and bright with a lovely view to the garden. She says the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are activities that she can join in everyday, she finds these enjoyable, especially when the musicians visit.

The home is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, it is as if you're in your own home. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional - always a smile and very helpful. One can praise all you like but the proof is looking at the other residents. They look cared for, happy, safe and are interacting with others when they meet up in the various lounges. Activities are put on with themes that are familiar, songs, recitals that bring comfort and re-assurance with the familiarity. I enjoyed them, but was delighted to see how much my mother did. And when the weather does shine a wheelchair makes the beautiful gardens accessible.

The resident has only been with you for 3 weeks but has settled in very well, all the staff are kind and considerate and attentive to his needs. He particularly enjoys the meals and the activities. The home is lovely, well looked after and well maintained. It is clear that the manager, the nurses, carers, hospital team and domestic team all work well together. I think that all at Beaumont should be proud by what they have achieved. Well done.

When I started having falls my family were anxious and wanted me to have care, I agreed to staying in a small care home at the end of my road. It was not altogether satisfactory as they had poor facilities for toilet arrangements, I had six years there but needed more care with the toilet etc. so I decided to move.

The sensible thing was to move to another home, much larger, and my daughter had one above Reigate Beaumont. I have been here for 6 months now and I am amazed by the help given to me by all.
