My Mum stayed at Beaumont for 10 days respite while we went away on holiday. I was so concerned about leaving her but I should never have worried! The care she received was top class, the staff couldn't have been nicer! She was given food that she liked even though it wasn't always necessarily on
the menu. She was encouraged to join in the activities and although she wouldn't always join in she was asked every time. My daughter and Brother visited while we were away and they were so pleased that she was happy and content each time they turned up.
I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff - each and every 1 was so lovely and I imagine it isn't the easiest job in the world!

This has been my second stay at the Beaumont and the care and attention you receive from staff and management are excellent. The very large and beautiful garden is a bonus especially when the sun shines. My stay has been very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful and I have been very well looked after.

I have been very happy here despite my pain and inability to walk. The carers have been very attentive. The kitchen staff are very friendly and the head cook the food is excellent. The physiotherapist is very good as well as the hairdresser.


Made lots of friends and I will keep in contact with them.

My mother moved to Reigate Beaumont due to her cancer. She has been well received and very well cared for.
The staff have been so considerate and caring in what is a difficult stage for us all. The location and grounds of Reigate Beaumont are wonderful and an excellent home to be in through later life.

We cannot recommend the Reigate Beaumont highly enough. It is expertly run by a superb Manager who is not only charming, friendly and super efficient but from the very first visit, you can see that she is greatly respected and admired by all those making up her team at Beaumont, as well as the residents
and their families. Residents are made to feel extremely welcome by every member of staff; from the care, nursing and catering teams, to entertainments etc, nothing was ever too much trouble. Indeed we were extraordinarily grateful to the manager for going to enormous lengths, to accommodate Mother's difficult dietary and other needs. The food was excellent, very high-quality ingredients, all very nicely presented in a beautiful dining room, making a friendly and enjoyable experience. On the morning our Mother passed away, again, this wonderful team at Beaumont made a horrible experience more bearable by their kindness, consideration and compassion. Our heartfelt thanks to you all.

From the very first introductory meeting to my mother's last day of respite care the whole experiences was very impressive.
The general manager runs a very caring and efficient home with an excellent eye for detail. It is welcoming, airy and clean which was reassuring for everyone in our family.

Beaumont is a gem of a care home, my wife is on a short respite break and often seems 'allergic' to such places, but she loves this one! Staff are good humoured, very kind and the home is beautifully maintained with breathtaking gardens.


The family are delighted that mum has found a room here among

such caring, professional people. All I can add is, when the day arrives for me to leave home, I can think of a nicer place to relax in. Quite brilliant.

I have been in this nursing home for 2 weeks and have received good treatment overall.
The majority of the staff have a good sense of humour and are very caring.
Excellent food, variety and quality. Room very good, clean, good view, ensuite toilet and wash basin.
Quick response to my bell on most
occasions.
My visitors are made to feel welcome.

I would 100% recommend Reigate Beaumont.
After three major operations, nine months, a multitude of complications and six returns to hospital, Dad was really struggling to get better.
But, after three weeks in the Beaumont, he has definitely done just that.
On August 2nd I took Dad in as a fragile,
confused and struggling 85 year old (who looked and felt every year of his age).
We were not sure where/how he was going to end up.
On August 20th, I am now picking him up as a stronger, lucid and positive 85 year old (who looks 10 years younger).
We are now ready for a return to his own flat... and then, back to 'normal life'.
I cannot thank you enough.
The medical care, the attentive staff, the quality of food, the daily entertainment, the cleanliness and the beautiful setting are first class.
You have become a big part of mine and Dad's life in the past three weeks and we are going to miss you all.
We will never, ever forget you.
You have made Dad feel content, at ease, relaxed and safe.

My mother is very well cared for - the staff are caring and hard working (particularly when my mother has greater needs, such as recently when she was temporarily deaf for a few weeks until ear syringing!).

The facilities and setting are excellent but I felt the residents were kept in their rooms all day apart from lunch time. I provided my husbands "stay dry pants" for the weekday/night and he used hardly any at all. More frequent changes required.

We consistently receive positive feedback from our residents, relatives and other visitors for the great care, food and other facilities we provide. We have stunning grounds which we are able to use for the benefit of the residents and the local community. I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division, also receiving the award for Team of the Year, Garden, Chef of the Year, and many staff members also being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the home.

Job Title: Garden Ambassador

Meet Tony, our resident bingo caller and Garden Ambassador at Reigate Beaumont. He is excited about his role and is passionate about gardening and sharing his expertise with fellow residents and their relatives. When he’s not feeding the birds or watering the patio gardens you can find him socialising with residents or hosting our weekly bingo on a Sunday morning.

Job Title: SB Pyhsiotherapy

Celia qualified from Oxford Brookes University in 2006 with a degree in Physiotherapy (BSC Hons). After qualifying Celia completed her junior rotations at East Surrey Hospital (including: Care of the Elderly, Respiratory, Out-patients and numerous more) before taking a senior position within the Care of the Elderly Team. She then moved to Chichester Hospital Respiratory team for a year before taking up a senior role within the Acute Medical Team back at East Surrey Hospital. Celia set up SB Physiotherapy in the community in 2016 after realising the huge gap in local NHS services and the need to assist people with reaching their full potential.


Celia has a keen interest in rehabilitation of the older adult as well as maintaining function and independence in at risk population groups, such as patients with dementia and those at risk of falls.
