My father has been a resident for 17 months now and his life been transformed. He was confused and in poor health due to lack of self-care. Thanks to the care from the manager and her staff, my father's health has greatly improved mentally and physically. He is now sociable, very happy and loves the attention he receives from the staff.
The staff are very encouraging and he enjoys having a laugh and joke with them. There is a warm homely atmosphere in the home. The staff are very friendly, approachable and keep me informed of Dads wellbeing.
Regular activities go on each week which residents can enjoy if they want to. There is also a very good regular physio.
Springfield Manor also has stunning views and grounds for residents and visitors to enjoy.
I am pleased we chose this home.
Springfield Manor is a home like no other I have ever been to or ever heard of. It is very much a home from home environment that is well led and managed by the manager. It is set in acres of land overlooking Puttenham and the Surrey Hills. My friend often tells me he feels so at home here and he has formed special relationships and bonds with the staff. The care my friend receives is exceptional and he is always treated with dignity and respect. They always seem to have something going on at Springfield whether its a party, entertainment or movie days etc. My friends quality of life has dramatically improved since he has been at this home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Well worth a visit.
