I was looking for three improvements for my mums remaining life- security, social interaction and care both personal and medical. Since she has moved to the care home she has received all of the above in abundance. Her unhappiness has disappeared as she feels supported and included in the "home life".
An excellent result in a few weeks. Thank you.

My mother has lived here for nearly 3 years and I cannot imagine a better place for her. I visit 2-3 times a week and she is always well cared for and very clearly loved. The carers are very friendly and there are plenty of them, so the service is very good. I find the communication about health issues

At Virginia Water, we have a lovely activities team and we run the Live with Purpose Programme. This covers a variety of Activities enriching the mind, body and soul. Unsocial hours and the birth of my daughter made me rethink my career and hence the transition to care home catering for the past 15 years. I have never looked back. I really enjoy catering for all our residents’ dietary requirements. It’s a very rewarding job and a privilege to cook for them in their home.
