Dear Caroline, many thanks for your review. Our staff work hard to give our residents the best possible care but the home is not always kept abreast of the financial side of any changes to care packages which are dealt with by the local authority. We also try to ensure that our home environment is clean, tidy and well-presented at all times – every room is decorated before a new resident moves in and our communal areas are scheduled to be freshened up early next year. Good communication with our head office, our residents, staff, families and professional contacts is so important and we are continually working to ensure that it is the best it can be.
Thank you for your lovely words we wish you and your family well.
Thank you so much for your kind words which are very much appreciated by all the staff. We wish you all well.

We look forward to seeing you and your family again when you next visit.

Many thanks for your extremely kind words! We have enjoyed getting to know you and your family over the last 17 years while you have been visiting the home, and are also delighted that you feel that your grannie, grandad and great aunt were in good hands. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to care for all your relatives and we hope to see you and your family again in the future.
Dear Ian, thank you so much for your generous review. We are grateful for your kind words and are so pleased that your mother felt that she was in good hands. Knowing that means a lot to us all at the home. She is much missed. We would like to extend our condolences for your sad loss and wish you, your brother and the family all the best for the future.
Dear Robert, thank you for your kind and generous words. It was a pleasure and privilege to look after your mum. She was a lovely lady and is very much missed at the home. Please accept our sincere condolences on her passing, and our best wishes to you, your brother and the rest of your family for the future.
Dear Kim
Thank you for your comments. We are very surprised by some of the issues that you have raised. For example, we are very proud of our beautiful gardens here at Ashridge Court and do try to ensure that our residents spend as much time out of doors as possible when the weather is fine, where feasible and appropriate, of course. However, we will take on board everything you have said and do our best to improve our service for the future.
