Haven Care Home is a wonderful place to be. Management and staff are so caring and thoughtful to both residents and their families. Mum is so happy and says she doesn't want to go anywhere else. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful place for her to spend her twilight years.
It is a really happy, friendly and clean environment, and I cannot fault it in any way.
The staff make my husband and I feel like family.

Heartfelt thanks to all.

Fantastic Place! Lovely carers looking after my mum. She loves the company & the day trips out. She's also started joining in with the Bingo and Karaoke, and certainly enjoys the wine and cheese. Looking forward to having Xmas dinner here with her

My sister has been a resident in the Haven Care Home for over 12 months, she loves it there. All the staff go above and beyond in the care and welfare of all the residents (and also the visitors).
The meals they receive are always first class.

From the domestics to the carers to the nursing and admin and not forgetting management we couldn't of chosen a better place for my sister to live.

I cannot fault this home. Clean and very friendly staff. Food is amazing. Plenty of activities just a shame my mum is unable to concentrate and join in sometimes. Lovely for my mum to sit outside in the garden now the weather is getting better. Once the garden work has been complete will be even better. My dad sits with my mum all day every day and the staff look after him too always smiling and having a quick chat. Staff here work extremely hard. Well done team.

My father was in Haven for 5 months, myself and my sister thought how lucky we were to have Dad stay with them he had such wonderful care and it really was a home from home. Dad made some great friends, the staff could not have been kinder. He died peacefully. He enjoyed his time with them, everyone was always so helpful and kind from management, to the care staff, to the cleaning staff and the cooks. We really are so happy Dad went there, I would recommend it highly.

I love coming to see my grandad, he is so happy at Haven Care Home and he always says how good the staff are.
He was so unwell in the hospital before he went into the home and now he has put on weight and is becoming a little bit more independent with his daily tasks.
Everyone always has a smile and I always get a warm welcome whenever I visit.

I will always recommend this place to people.

I recommend this care home, my mum is a resident and right from day one the manager welcomed her and me into the home and answered all of our many questions which helped put us at ease.
The home is clean and the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Every day she sees the manager who pops in to see her and that means so much to her.

My daughter does not receive the standard of care which she received under a previous care provider. She is left constantly in bed in her room. Under the previous care provider during the good weather, she was placed in a chair and taken into the garden which was what I frequently asked of your company.

Reply from Julie Caygill, Hospital Liaison Team Administrator at Haven Care Home

I feel very comfortable and at home in the Havens. The staff and management are very helpful and caring. Although I was worried about coming into a care home. Although I was worried about coming into a care home. I now know I had no need to be worried. I have been able to bring some of my own belongings and this had helped me feel that I am at home and this has been down to the caring and attentive staff.
