The care my Father is receiving is second to none. All of the staff are kind, caring, compassionate and have treated him with dignity and respect. They keep the family well informed and have been so kind to us. I would highly recommend Coppice Court to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

With some friends and family, we visited Coppice Court Care Home on the occasion of their summer garden party. As the weather was not good we were not able to hold it outside which was a great shame. The majority of the residents at this home are suffering with Alzheimers disease and are asleep most of the time. I, therefore, cannot have any relationship with any of them. However, the staff treat me as a friend and the activities manager arranges a good programme of one to one events.

The decor, staff and food/care is fine, and I have no concerns re any of the above.
I do feel the weekly/monthly charge is high, compared to the average wage in the area.

Coppice Court is a lovely, happy and caring home. The staff are wonderful, make you feel very welcome.

The rooms are 'tired' - a lick of paint would improve them - however, the standard of care is more important than the decor.

Thank you for your review and your kind comments regarding the care home staff which I have shared with the team. We have noted your comments in relation to the need for new paintwork and this will be addressed as part of the ongoing maintenance at the home.
Worried that my mother is not warm enough as only a sheet and thin blanket on her bed. Staff member has said she will ask about a quilt for her. Suggest she wears her bed jacket. Staff very helpful. Room clean and tidy.

Mum is well cared for by the regular cares. The food has improved in quality and quantity. Every effort is made to provide stimulating entertainment including outings and visits from outside entertainers.

After a very stressful few weeks when my mother broke her leg and ended up in hospital, it became apparent that she would now require a nursing home. I can honestly say that, without exception, the staff at Coppice Court have been amazing. They have shown great care and concern to myself and my mum and my hope is that once settled, she can begin to make some progress.
Overall cannot fault the attention and friendliness of all the staff towards the residents. Always kept updated with news regarding the wellbeing of Mum so no complaints whatsoever.

I have just attended the Coppice Court Christmas party. Two different entertainers, a quiz and a raffle, followed by a lovely buffet tea. They know how to celebrate Christmas! Plenty of attentive staff to assist the residents - an enjoyable afternoon, well done!

We visit once a week, the staff seem friendly and polite. Sometimes there are not many staff around, maybe they are at meetings etc.
